We stayed at the Grand Hyatt, located next to Union Square. The location is excellent because there are Muni's (busses), trolleys, and cable cars which all run close by. The views from the Regency Club are amazing- you can see from the Golden Gate Bridge to the Bay Bridge on a sunny day. The sunsets were so romantic too. We... More

Thank you so much for taking the time to write us a review. We are delighted you enjoyed the suite and the amenities offered in the room! The view of San Francisco is definitely one of the perks when you stay on a higher floor. We apologize for the delay in service at the desk and the atmosphere at the... More

Room was spacious enough for my purposes. Washroom was very nice. Staff was helpful beyond belief. The location of this hotel is fantastic! It is a 1 minute walk from Union Square. Downtown shopping is all around the hotel, and is a 5 minute walk from Chinatown.

I come to SF quiet a bit for work and always stay at this property. I am Platinum with Hyatt and have stayed at a lot of different Hyatt's and this is by far my favorite. Location, staff, design and feel of this property is a nice balance between business and pleasure. The bar also has a very nice wine... More

Stayed at the Grand Hyatt on Valentines Day, a very busy time. This may have contributed to some of the dissatisfaction from my time here. Starting with room not available. No bottled water in room ( may be a city thing, not sure), when you do get your room The checkin processor is similar to going to an Apple Store;... More

Stayed at the Grand Hyatt San Francisco for three nights in early January. Absolutely loved it! We stayed at five different hotels across the US during our trip and this was our favourite - the Hyatt Times Square was a very close second! The staff were lovely. Upon check-in, they noted we were there on our honeymoon and sent up... More

I stayed here at the start of January and found the hotel facilities to be a typical five star standard. We had two adults and two children in a standard room with two double beds. For four people and all their luggage space was a bit tight but for a short stay it was OK.The location is excellent being just... More

I booked this due to its location as i was on a quick stopover. Amazing views of Union Square and down town from my VERY large room. Prices were a lot cheaper than basic hotels in Fisherman's Wharf. Staff very helpful and there is great diner just around the corner :)

I'm currently staying at this hotel right now for a week for a conference and it has been top notch. I am Hyatt Platinum member so some of my experience won't apply to other travelers but I was so impressed with the hotel that I had to write a review while it is still fresh. Service/Lobby- Every staff person I... More
