True Rating: 4.3 circles for a centrally located, modern hotel with uber-friendly staff, especially "Maria T." at the front-desk (more on her later), clean, comfortable room with a stunning North-bay view. We wish there was a pool or better fitness center, but for many travelers, these may be non-issues. The Good: Easily, the staff ... "Maria T." at the front... More

The hotel staying was OK, room is clean with pretty completed facilities. However, we get shock for a hidden rule when I do my checkout. We were planing to stay 5 days but last minute decide to check out one day earlier, but the hotel insisted to charge me 5 days. I got the room from expedia and they never... More

Since they have a sliding barn door design with no locks, it makes it hard for a little privacy. Also, no vents in the bathrooms... Other then those little quirks. Would stay again. Also, here's a... The staff are friendly, the location is good, the gym is a real disappointement, its tiny and cramped and utilises the lift lobby to try and compensate. Not what you would expect from a Hyatt or for the price.

I have stayed here 3 times when visiting SFO. Love it. I cannot fault it. The rooms are amazing, clean, with lots of extras; bar, wifi, nice widescreen TV and big clean comfy beds. The rooms are spotlessly clean. The hotel has recently had the lobby renovated, it's very trendy. Amazing views from the high bay facing rooms. The staff... More
