Grand Hyatt San Francisco is a nicely renovated Hotel in central San Francisco, a few meters from Union Square. The Hotel is brand new and well decorated. Service is extremely effective with no queuing at reception. Hotel bar and restaurant are comfortable with excellent quality service. Rooms are large and those who are highest have great view over the city... More

We stayed here because it is close to the airport, and has free shuttles. The room is good value, not outstanding. We went last June, and there is construction in the lobby, not pretty, and some noises (not noticeable from the room though)

This is a very nice hotel, right next to union square and a lot of nice restaurants / bars / cafes / etc. Rooms are a little small, but the furniture is optimized to make the rooms look bigger. Service is excellent. Only weird thing is the checkout area, its not a regular looking area, its kind of like a... More

I was attending a medical meeting at the Moscone Convention Ctr . I decided to stay at the Grand Hyatt (GH) since it is among the hotel choices with shuttle service. I will need three more hotel stays at the Hyatt to get the platinum status so it was an easy decision. We had an upgraded room near the lounge... More

Service: Excellent! From the bellhop to the frontdesk, Hyatt knows how to run a hotel. I think they are one of the greatest hospitality organizations in the world. Rooms: Small! I felt like I was in a small closet, and given the fact that I'm a pretty big guy, I felt a bit claustrophobic (not truly in the sense of... More

We were so looking forward to staying at the Grand Hyatt during our most recent trip to San Francisco (March 10-12). Our room was clean and sophisticated, but for our first night we were placed on the 5th floor facing a construction site, and that construction went on through the entire night without stopping. Do whatever you can to avoid... More

I stayed for 5 nights for a conference at the Moscone Center. From the moment I checked in, I could tell the service would be top notch. The staff at the front desk were welcoming and pleasantly efficient. The hotel is in a good location. Would definitely stay again.

I’ve always enjoyed staying at Hyatts and I was very much looking forward to this one. Sadly it was the first to not live up to my expectations of the Hyatt brand. Booked a 5 night stay in July last year - $439 plus all the tax so approx. $500 per night. This was for a “Grand Club King” with... More

We stayed at the Grand Hyatt on Valentine's weekend 2015 with our two kids (ages 6 & 8). The front desk service was excellent. We had reserved a bay view room, but the hotel was overbooked, so they had us in a room overlooking Union Square for one night at no charge, then moved us the next day to a... More

First of all, I have to say that I didn't stay at this hotel to sleep. But I visited a conference, which was organised in a conference hall. And I have to admit that the place was chosen perfectly. The hall is big, it easily accepted all guests, there are several rooms for chilling out and drinking coffee. The hotel... More
