“Friendly but noisy”

We stayed in SF for 3 days and have experienced many hotels in the city over the years. I'm ok with older hotels & rooms but this one needs some attention. We loved this hotel! Front desk staff were very friendly and engaging, hotel rooms were very clean, nicely decorated, very comfortable bed. Enjoyed the wine reception at the lobby. “Friendly, helpful front desk”

I will stay at the Hotel Carlton again. It is clean, the people are friendly, they offer free wine and entertainment at happy hour and the location is very good. I would say the value is great for the rpice.

To anyone who gave this hotel a bad review, grow up!!!!! The hotel is lovely the staff are great really friendly and funny, the room is spotless clean comfy and really well decorated, the restaurant is very good for breakfast and dinner (middle eastern fusion). Keep up the good work, that you.
