The staff were so helpful when we tried to locate our luggage(lost by BA). Our room was small but very clean with plenty of hot water. We picked the Hotel Bijou due to it's very reasonable price and across-the-street proximity to a 2-day seminar at the (MUCH more expensive) Parc Fifty Five Hotel.
