I can't believe that a hotel that charges so much can get away with providing so little. The location is good, but there was nothing special about the service, the decor or our room. And worse, the amount of money they demand for overnight parking and WiFi would, combined, almost cover the rate for a room in a nearby boutique... More

Dear Ollie R., Thank you very much for taking the time to review us - We truly appreciate our guests comments about their experience with us as it helps to ensure we're providing the best level of service possible. We remain competitive with hotels around San Francisco when it comes to our amenities and charges, but I do understand it... More

We stayed with Hotel Nikko for 6 nights in March 2015, we had a great time. The hotel location was perfect for us, it was close to Union Square shopping. The Bart is about a 5 minute walk, so if you book this hotel. Save yourself the cab money by taking the Bart from the San Francisco Airport to Powell... More

This is my second time at Hotel Nikko, and it did not fail to live up to my expectations. I was on the 10th floor, and noise wasn't a factor. The bed was comfortable (too comfortable that we overslept the first day), and the bathroom was also well-sized. The location of the hotel is absolutely excellent for shopping and being... More

Stayed there 3 nights from 04/17-04/20 Let me start by saying that everything was ok with the hotel - everything worked, the staff did its job really well and we had no problem whatsoever. The room (Deluxe King) is small and the furniture / amenities are nothing to write home about. I've had better in Courtyard Marriotts around the country.... More

We booked Hotel Nikko for its great location, convenient to Union Square and public transportation hub at Powell/Market Street. Valet parking made arrival seamless, and we knew our car was safe when we it was parked and easily accessible when we wanted to drive. Location got us to Hotel Nikko, but the staff and amenities will bring us back. Every... More

Got to San Francisco on a Saturday morning and the room was already ready for us at check in. The people behind the front desk were very helpful and check-in was speedy. The room was a fair size (which is great for SF), was modern, and was very clean, no complaints there. Housekeeping was really twice a day with the... More

Very nice hotel and very reasonable for downtown San Francisco just a Short walk to union square. Very modern room and bath, comfortable bed, The only reason I gave it 4 stars instead of 5 is because they don't include Wi-Fi at all and want to charge $14 a day, ridiculous.

I was about to rate 3 stars, but upon seeing the price of other hotels in SF, I think 4 stars is more fair given the local market. The hotel has a fancy veneer, though like many city center hotels, it borders on the trashy Tenderloin district. The rooms are modern and comfortable, but small (I had standard queen I... More

I stayed here for a week for business. It's close to great shopping, public transport, restaurants and other tourist attractions. My stay at Hotel Nikko was awesome. Staff were friendly and professional, my Deluxe King Room was clean, luxurious and the bed - to die for! I would definitely stay here again! Thanks Hotel Nikko for making my trip so... More

We stayed for the weekend. Got a good rate. Very clean and service very friendly and prompt. Rooms are big and bed very comfortable. We also had drinks at both of the bars inside of the hotel. Not one thing I would change. Thank you to hotel Nikko. We hope to visit you again soon.

Hello ChicoGRL., Thank you for the great review! It's awesome to hear you enjoyed your stay and that you wouldn't change a thing! I'm happy to hear you enjoyed our restaurant, ANZU for drinks - next time you visit you should look into our nightclub, Feinstein's - we've got a great lineup of artists coming into perform all year long!...
