We had a great time in SF. Weather played good sport as well. Nikko has everything going well for them. Fantastic staff. Right from the bell desk, check in and management. They were all great Rooms are spacious and clean. Nothing special. One has to pay for the view. But the location more than compensates Why 4 and not 5.... More

This was my second trip back to the Hotel Nikko but it has been about 5 years and I was still happy. Check in Quick and easy. Plus they let me in kind of early. Room Average size and it was enough room for myself. TV Decent amount of channels to watch. Bathroom No problems and had hot water quick.... More

Stayed at many hotels in SF, but this one blew me away. It may not be the flashiest and biggest name, but it's certainly the best service I've ever had in that city. All contacts with the staff were pleasant and friendly, and they made a point of calling you by name. Only 2 blocks from Powell BART and Union... More

I had a fantastic stay at Hotel Nikko. It has a terrific central location close to Union Square and Powell Street station (from where you can catch the BART train to the airport) and cable car turnaround. My room was immaculate, with a comfortable bed, a great power shower with a good supply of freshly laundered towels and dressing gowns,... More

It is a nice corporate style hotel in a premium location of San Francisco. Hotel rooms have conventional layouts but in the high end of the range. Space is ample, the bathroom is great with separate shower and bathtub. Minibar is $$$$omehow expensive (don't even think about it). Nice views of the surrounding (higher floors better). The six-elevator core made... More

After a chaotic entry into San Fransisco it was such a pleasure to arrive in such a great hotel. The service from all staff members were above and beyond. A lot of other hotels in USA could get some training from this hotel. Breakfast was of high standard and many choices in the Buffett. We had a double queen size... More

I live out of the US, and every time I ship the packages from amazon to the hotel and pick them up when I check in. First time I hear the hotel charges handling fee. and this is a $500 a night hotel !

A family of 5; 3 kids ages 16, 13, 10. We booked 2 rooms; most hotels in The City can't accommodate for larger families due to city fire code rules and regulations. I'd rather have room to move anyway so that was fine. We called early and requested adjoining rooms which the Nikko gladly provided which was a bonus. Each... More
