The Nikko is a lovely hotel with courteous staff. Immaculate, clean lines with gorgeous attention to detail. The rooms are modern, spacious if you have a deluxe double and there is free wifi. I chose the Nikko as it has a pool ( and not many in San Francisco do) but was disappointed in that you have to pay $25... More

Nice hotel, clean, bathroom shower needs updating. $25.00 to pay for using the gym, internet is not free which is not coo. service is good. location is good. We totally hate the room key system. We could not figure out how to use the key. We are so use to insert key type. But we finally got into our room... More

Clean, tidy, well located, beautiful rooms (we did have an Imperial Club) and a great view... San Fran is just a stunning city and Nikko added to the experience... Couples, shopping or business, this is a great hotel...not cheap, but happy with the value...

Spacious clean room, in need of upgrade and traffic noise early hours of the morning. Very handy location to shops, Hop on hop off bus stop and lots of places to eat. Staff were very helpful especially checking in early.

Stayed here for our last two nights after a three week road trip around California. Thought we,d treat ourselves to a little bit of luxury and were not disappointed. Fabulous large room with two queen beds located on 14th floor overlooking SF skyline. Luxurious bathroom, amazing shower and great beds. Ample room for our family of four. Close to decent... More

We went of TripAdvisor reviews when booking the Nikko. The décor is a bit out dated , it's clean , Central and service is good , but compared to other places we have stayed , paying similar price, we have got a lot better standard.....Sorry Nikko

First time to stay at Hotel Nikko but for sure not the last. It's a good location for shopping. For the city it's rooms are larger than most. They are well cleaned and keep that way for your stay. All the staff we talked with where most helpful. We come to the city 3-4 times a year and now we... More

Good location in the heart of the City just minutes from Union Square. Mainly aimed at business but we had good experience here. Rooms like most American cities bit small but bed comfy. Concierge service was every good. There was a starbucks connected to hotel entrance so could go there for free wi-fi rather than paying for it in the... More

I recently traveled to San Francisco for week-long business trips on 3 occasions, staying in a different hotel in or near the South Market (SoMa) district each time (W Hotel, Hotel Nikko and Marriott Marquis). My stays at all 3 were very good or excellent - all are conveniently located (within walking distance of my company's SF office in SoMa)... More

Very nice hotel for the price in a great location. The hotel is very clean, comfortable rooms and very quiet. The staff is very friendly and knowledgeable. Our room was a standard queen with a comfortable chair for relaxing. We enjoyed our stay.
