I stayed here twice on business trips. The staff was careful to meet all my special requests. The rooms are large and clean with comfortable beds. The location is excellent, close to Union Square and Moscone Center.

I stayed here for 3 nights and from the moment you arrive (usually after a long flight and a harrowing cab ride) it's clear that nothing is free at the Nikko. Want wifi? $15/day Want access to the gym? $25/day Want to change rooms because it's across from the ice machine? That's an upgrade and costs money Basically, the Nikko... More

Hotel Nikko was a peaceful & relaxing place to stay. We were in town for travel conference at HN. We arrived close to midnight after a long flight from Florida. The staff was exceptional from the moment we got out of our taxi. Our room was a standard King on 18th floor. It was quite roomy and the bathroom was... More

Hotel is loced right in the center of San Francisco. Rooms contain everything you need, bathroom as huge! Beds were nice and comfortable. Interior of the hotel corridrs is a little bit outdated. The staff was terrific. Very helpful.

This is an older but non-smoking hotel that is well maintained and close to the center of town and walking distance from the Theater district, Union Square and China town. It is close to the Powell street BART station, with convenient access to the airport. There is a Starbucks on the ground floor which is reasonably priced. The hotel staff... More

The hotel was very nice, good location for San Francisco .. in slight proximity to the dodgy area (the Tenderloin), but if you venture mainly East you should be fine. The restaurant in the hotel was nice, the staff was very polite and helpful, and the room was very nice and clean. I would stay here again.

This was my first time staying at Hotel Nikko and I truly enjoyed it. The elegance of the property extends from the physical aspects of the hotel but in the way the staff deals with your requests - not harried, just quiet efficiency and grace. It's location is great for shopaholics as it is 2 blocks from Union Square

This is a very attractive hotel with nice rooms. But definitely not at all one of the good hotels I've stayed in. Staff have smiles but the service sucks. Everything has a hidden cost. And they are probably the only hotel in the world that charges guest for internet access in the rooms. Won't be seeing them again.

Just stayed for business at Nikko, great locations a block away union square. Rooms are old but well maintained, great linens and bed. Wifi works perfect for up to three devices, lots of dining options around the block. Great if you're staying for business or leisure or may combine both.

Stayed for 4 nights mid-March and the location was central to everything. The hotel staff was very nice and attentive. The restaurant was pricey but the food was good. The room was a little on the small side but the bathroom was clean and very spacious. The only downfall was the surrounding area. Constant noise from the street even though... More
