Stayed at many hotels in SF, but this one blew me away. It may not be the flashiest and biggest name, but it's certainly the best service I've ever had in that city. All contacts with the staff were pleasant and friendly, and they made a point of calling you by name. Only 2 blocks from Powell BART and Union... More

I had a fantastic stay at Hotel Nikko. It has a terrific central location close to Union Square and Powell Street station (from where you can catch the BART train to the airport) and cable car turnaround. My room was immaculate, with a comfortable bed, a great power shower with a good supply of freshly laundered towels and dressing gowns,... More

My family get 2 kids, 12 and 5, we stay in the standard room with 2beds, the beds size is very big, both are large size, and very suitable for family stay. The room is very clean; Breakfast get 2 options, western food and Asian food, it is very good for the tourists from Aisa as us; There is a... More

It is a nice corporate style hotel in a premium location of San Francisco. Hotel rooms have conventional layouts but in the high end of the range. Space is ample, the bathroom is great with separate shower and bathtub. Minibar is $$$$omehow expensive (don't even think about it). Nice views of the surrounding (higher floors better). The six-elevator core made... More

After a chaotic entry into San Fransisco it was such a pleasure to arrive in such a great hotel. The service from all staff members were above and beyond. A lot of other hotels in USA could get some training from this hotel. Breakfast was of high standard and many choices in the Buffett. We had a double queen size... More

A family of 5; 3 kids ages 16, 13, 10. We booked 2 rooms; most hotels in The City can't accommodate for larger families due to city fire code rules and regulations. I'd rather have room to move anyway so that was fine. We called early and requested adjoining rooms which the Nikko gladly provided which was a bonus. Each... More

We were a family of 5 in 2 separate rooms. The hotel was a great base to explore San Francisco- we stayed for three nights. The rooms were adequate in size, good spec, very comfortable beds and clean, modern bathrooms with lovely toiletries. We didn't try the restaurants as we ate out. Fantastic lifts- really fast and never full. Staff... More

There is a reason I keep returning to the Hotel Nikko in San Francisco. Actually there are many reasons but the outstanding one is the extreme beauty and friendliness of this hotel. As the ad says.."all the comforts of home if you are staying in a 4 star hotel" The hotel is so elegant and welcoming in its décor. I... More

The service we received from everyone in the hotel was outstanding. Everyone that worked at Nikko went out of there way to serve you. Our room was on the 23 floor, we had a great view. Our room was very clean, and we had a large room, the bed was very comfortable. We loved the location of it. You didn't... More
