First time to stay at Hotel Nikko but for sure not the last. It's a good location for shopping. For the city it's rooms are larger than most. They are well cleaned and keep that way for your stay. All the staff we talked with where most helpful. We come to the city 3-4 times a year and now we... More

Good location in the heart of the City just minutes from Union Square. Mainly aimed at business but we had good experience here. Rooms like most American cities bit small but bed comfy. Concierge service was every good. There was a starbucks connected to hotel entrance so could go there for free wi-fi rather than paying for it in the... More

I recently traveled to San Francisco for week-long business trips on 3 occasions, staying in a different hotel in or near the South Market (SoMa) district each time (W Hotel, Hotel Nikko and Marriott Marquis). My stays at all 3 were very good or excellent - all are conveniently located (within walking distance of my company's SF office in SoMa)... More

Very nice hotel for the price in a great location. The hotel is very clean, comfortable rooms and very quiet. The staff is very friendly and knowledgeable. Our room was a standard queen with a comfortable chair for relaxing. We enjoyed our stay.

Stayed here for our honeymoon - room was a bit pokey but in the heart of the city. Bed was comfy - I would recommend! The hotel offers spa facilities a gym, close to good places to eat and good shopping nearby! Staff were helpful and friendly. It was also lovely and modern.

For a business hotel, it was a good experience. My checklist: Clean? -- Perfect Prompt and Courteous Service? -- Excellent (fast check in and warm reception Quiet? -- Minor amount of street noise, mainly sirens Bed Comfort? -- Perfect (although how many pillows do you really need on a queen bed?) TV? -- Good quality, and all the basic channels... More

This is in a great spot of SF. Close to good food and drinks. Parking is expensive tho but they do offer discounts to electric cars :). The hotel is beautiful but I would have to say the actual rooms are average. Small, like any SF hotel room but nothing really spectacular. I felt it was a little pricey so... More

Sorry Hotel Nikko never ever will stay again. I have stayed lots of places around Union Square and lots of places in US. But I did not see any hotel try to robe their own customers. I have arrived at night with my rental car. I did not have time to search for parking and they charged us 57 dollars... More

A great hotel, clean comfortable rooms, friendly helpful staff, lots of restaurants close by. The only down side is the area has lots of homeless people. Transportation is easy though and we spent lots of time at fishermans wharf. We travelled by cable car the "F" train (trolly car) and even a cab ride was a reasonable price.

We enjoyed our first visit to San Francisco and we're glad we stayed at the Hotel Nikko. Our room was decent sized with a large bathroom that had both a shower and a tub. The hotel was quiet and relaxing except for the occasional yelling at night from homeless that wander the streets of San Francisco. The lobby was relaxing... More
