This is a boutique hotel with decent clean rooms. It is very conveniently located a block from Union Square and lots of other points of interest. The rooms are small but then you are in SF, one of the most expensive cities when it comes to real estate. Plenty of stores close by and very easily accessible by public transportation.... More

I loved this hotel as it gives it that New York boutique feel and it's literally in the heart of San Francisco saving you tons of money on uber's because you can just walk everywhere. The only thing that was little shocking would of had to be the fact that to our surprise there is NO bathroom in our room.... More

Think this might be a somewhat normal thing for boutique hotels in SF but the heater was running the entire time we were staying there and we didn't have any air conditioning. Which meant we had to crank the one ceiling fan we had plus open the windows. It was extremely noisy because of that and we didn't sleep very... More

This hotel is in a great location near Union Square. Easy to get around, and helpful staff providing maps and advice. The prices were higher than expected due to SuperBowl 50 being the same weekend. Room was clean, bed comfortable and the ceiling fan was useful as the room was very hot. Private bathroom also good, only comment is not... More

Clean! charming! great place to stay in the heart of San Francisco. Close to everything. Nice setting. Stayed during the Superbowl weekend. The room has a classy throw back look. Very friendly and helpful staff. I'll be back.

A couple & my husband and I stayed here for a night while passing through SF. We stayed in a double queen room with its own bathroom. Although bathroom was older, it was very clean, as was the room. Beds were nice, sheets soft & clean. Front desk clerks nice & helpful. Would stay there again.

The hotel locates just in front of the Powell St., the main station, so its location was very convenient for sightseeing and shopping. Fee is much cheaper than other hotels even convenient location. Amenities need to be brought by ourselves except towel.

This hotel was absolutely amazing, for the price. The only main issue we had was the shared bathrooms, but I guess that's what you get for that price in the middle of union square. Perfect location for tourists that want to avoid driving for the majority of their trip and the host at the front desk had great dinner and... More

This hotel was great for purpose of our trip! We have been to SF the second time around this year for a stop over. We have seen a lot of the city the last time around, so this time we mainly came for shopping! The hotel is fabulously located in the heart of the city- where all the shops are.... More
