The room was clean but aging, location, price and free parking keep me coming back as our office is in the area and there aren't many choices that provide the same level of value

I had some issues with my booking that were completely my fault. Rohit, at the front desk, was more than helpful. He was kind very understanding and helped me out tremendously.customer service here is fabulous

It was good for what I needed. I wish there was more of a breakfast, I was hoping for a little more than bread and cereal. The guy at check in was very helpful and nice. I did get woke up before 7am by a trucks back-up beeper that sounded for about 15 mins. from the street but that was... More

Days Inn is nicely located, has limited parking included, almost unheard of in San Francisco, room was clean and comfortable.

I've stayed here before about 6 months ago. I came back because of the price. Also it's in a wonderful location, Hayes Valley. Some might choose this place because it has free parking. That's true; but if the motel is full, you might not find a space. The accommodations are very basic. You can hang your clothes and there's both... More

For work, they put us at the Days Inn in San Francisco (i.e. not our choice). It is a basic motel in a very good area with reasonable rates and free parking. Since it was a week long convention, we were there mid-week. The rate was good at just over $100.00. The area was quiet. The room, while on the... More

I think that the price I paid (~$100/night+tax) for this inn is way too high, although this may be at the low end among the horrendous San Francisco hotel market. Positives include the location, especially if one needs to access civic center area, symphony, ballet, etc. For the convention center, it takes about 30 minutes walking. At night, the neighborhood... Staying in Hayes Valley

Neighborhood Profile
Hayes Valley
Chock full of designer boutiques, art galleries, funky shoe stores, and great restaurants, it’s hard to imagine Hayes Valley once languished in the shadow of a major freeway. Its removal allowed for the creation of an attractive boulevard on Octavia Street with a community park at its center and dozens of trendy businesses to satisfy visitors looking for a stylish respite.
