Cannot and will not fault this property in the city. Beautifully appointed, high quality facilities, beautifully comfortable bed and a breathtaking view of the sunrise. All staff were more than courteous and the hotel is within walking distance of a number of great things to do. Would go back again tomorrow... more

Its hard to expalain how fast things can go wrong. My conference-attending husband was fine in at 5pm and needed an emergency room at 5am the next morning. The hotel not only have a concierge on duty at 5am -- but the guy conjured up a taxi and sent us to an excellent hospital. For those familiar with big city... more

Wonderful Stay. Staff was great and very helpful, (especially the concierge and the bellhop). Room was gorgeous. Everything was incredibly clean. This is a very nice hotel ... new, modern, nicely done with good rooms. The furnishings are top notch as are the beds, the bathroom and the flat panel TV. As a regular business traveller though, there were a couple of things that were surprisingly absent or questionable: 1) no coffee maker in the room, 2) chair for the work... more

We stayed here to celebrate one of our last free weekends before our first child was born. The hotel was elegant and clean. The room itself had beautiful floor-to-ceiling windows with a view of SOMA and Twin Peaks. I enjoyed the fitness center in the mornings. Overall we had a great time. The location can't be beat. more
