I am staying here right now (Feb 2012) on a business conference and have found he hotel to be comfortable and relaxed. Having stayed at St Regis Princevalle I was very disappointed in this property. Nothing Grand Delux about my room. For the price it was sub par. This place is wonderful - such an amazing and beautiful property from lobby to rooms, to the impeccable service. I have stayed here twice and have received nice upgrades as an SPG-Gold member. We arrived early on Christmas Day, front desk staffs were great, greeted us and started to work on my check in process right away. They were able to upgrade me to a higher floor room.
