The location was great and also a good price. Not too much of a problem with bums or weirdos hanging around. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Only real complaint was that the wifi was bad. It kept cutting out, perhaps not strong enough for the number of devices trying to connect since it only only bad at night.... More

Great location, right next to Union Square, simple but honest hotel. Hard to find a better spot on this area for this price. Old and slow elevator, but it's only 5 stories. Free internet, though it's slow and intermittent.

Crazy people screaming during midnight! My brother and I heard everything and couldn't sleep. The smell of the room is weird as well. Also when you open windows, there are no safety equipment built around the windows. Anyone can jump off from the windows.

After endless hours researching accommodation in San Francisco I was very unsure of where to stay since any decent hotel in a good area was so expensive. I decided on park hotel because of its location it is very affordable compared to other hotels. The hotel is basic but it's all you want at the end of the day. The... More

My recent visit to SF was complete when staying at Park hotel I had several questions which Eric, the night man suggested two restaurants for my enjoyment while staying in SF. Location was excellent for hotel. transportation super easy suggested by Eric. Other older guy was friendly. I will be back .

I would stay here again based on price alone. Can't beat it. However, some things you should be aware of: - The room was the size of a dorm room. - The internet speed makes it completely unuseable. Even simple internet browsing is more frustrating than its worth. You'll need to buy a mobile hotspot or tether your phone. -... More

This hotel is very centrally located and offers simple, clean rooms at a very affordable price. There are both shared bath and private bath rooms. The bed was firm and comfortable with good bedding and pillows and my shower was hot and strong. This is not a luxury property, rather it is the type of place favored by young foreign... More

ask for Rodel, he usually gives great deals. if you pay by monthly, every Friday, your room will be cleaned. even though there is no private kitchen and bathroom for the room that i lived, I dont see too much trouble living there.

Nice hotel in center of SF. We got a free upgrade to room with own bathroom. Awesome stuff offers great sightseeing tips. There is no problem with leaving you luggage for an extra hours after your stay.
