We love this hotel. The straf were more than friendly and very helpfull. It is located only two blocks from Union Square and close to Market Street and the Cable cars. The room also had a fridge and there is a nice kitchen on 3rd floor with everything. Only one smal complaint: they did not clean our room - not... More

We choose the Park because it is affordable and in a good location. When we arrive there were a group that was checking in and we thought we are going to wait for awhile. Rodel moved so fast and within 5 minutes the group had been given their rooms and into the antique lift. He told us to ask if... More

The price was affordable (minus the 16% added hotel tax); the location was excellent. However, the shower water pressure needs improvement and the toilet was too loud. Overall my stay was comfortable.

I stayed at the Park Hotel for 3 nights in April. The room was basic but comfortable and clean and provided a great base to explore the city. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. There was no hairdryer in the room but a quick trip to reception and I was able to borrow one with no problem. Would definitely... More

What a great, reasonable and centrally located hotel. The staff was great, the rooms clean and the location perfect. The rooms are not large by any means, but who stays in the room while in San Francisco. We had a private bath, but noticed the shared baths were never busy and always clean. Just steps from Union Square, China Town... More

A convenient location if you have work to do downtown. Helpful and nice people in front desk. Wide rooms, shared bathrooms are OK. An average cheap (according to San Francisco) hotel. The kitchen is OK. I would say the location is the best of it.

There was no A/C which I think is normal for San Fran, but the room was so hot overnight! There was no hairdryer, iron, or other amenities you would think would be common in ANY hotel. This was more like a hostel than a hotel.

best price you can get in downtown, 3min's walking to the cable car station, 8min"s walking to China town, 3min's walking to Union station. Staff are really helpful, they informed me immediately that my scheduled Yosemite trip has a last-minute modification of picking up time. Lots of japanese and korean restaurants by walking distance, a near-by 7/11 is open 24... More

Had the quality of a hostel for the price of a hotel. Only positive is the location in SF and fairly helpful staff. Missing decent wifi, hairdryer and a proper lift that doesn't qualify as a death trap.

Hi we stayed here for three nights during our SF stay and it was good overall. The colleagues from reception were very nice as they gave us very good recommendations for our daily trips. The location is very close to Union Square and with a bike you can move very quick through whole SF. The odor in the room was... More
