Booked the room for two nights based on reviews. Room appeared neat, but is small. Does have a fridge and microwave, which is nice, But there was a little food still in the microwave . When we walked into the room (210) it smelled musty or moldy. We opened the window and door to try to air out the room,... More

We stayed here for 3 nights. The room was nice. The bed was big and comfortable and the room was clean, with a big television, fridge, microwave and coffee maker. The bed had a nice duvet cover on it which is unusual for the other motels that we have stayed in in America. I chose this hotel because free parking... More

All along Lombard St are multiple hotels / motels where you can park you car and explore the city. This is definitely the best one of this type of property we have stayed in and for us its a far nicer place to stay than the chain hotels around Fisherman's Wharf. The rooms are lovely, well furnished with big flat... More

Nice motel with spacious and renovated rooms. Free parking (it's really uncommun in SF) and free (limited) breakfast. The rooms located just next to the street are a bit noisy. A really good bargain for SF.

Nice room above reception, it is on the main road, but well sound proofed. Very clean, very compact, good shower room. good TV. Close enough to explore San Francisco by foot, only negative of the room was that there was no bedside table or a shelf, to put a drink on or clock...would stay here again and they were very... The bed was the most comfortable hotel bed I have experienced in a long time. Everything was spotless and the mini breakfast bar provided was just enough to get us thru the morning. We will definitely be back and will recommend it to our friends. The parking is a little tight and if you want absolute quite while sleeping ask... More

We stayed here over Spring Break last week. We chose the hotel because of the location. We were able to walk to Fisherman's Wharf and to dinner. The room was clean, the bed was very comfortable and the complimentary breakfast was great! We were in room 201, the only downfall to this room is that it is right on Lombard... More

With mom and brother, we stayed for 2 nights and had a comfortable stay. The location is just perfect - along Lombard St., walking distance to the most crooked street (14mins), to Fisherman's Wharf & Pier 33, Coit tower, Palace of the Arts, & Fort Mason (all within 30mins). Greg, the receptionist, was helpful with tips on how to get... More

This Motel has clean rooms with is suitable for short stays, with little expectations. Beds are comfortable and big. Rooms are gloomy, have to keep curtains close for privacy. Not insulated against noise. It has free tight parking and WiFi. Located 15-20 Min walk from Fisherman's Warf area. Most other restaurants have the same distance. The included breakfast is the... Staying in Marina District

Neighborhood Profile
Marina District
Beautiful homes, beautiful people, and a beautiful backdrop of the Golden Gate Bridge welcome visitors to the Marina. Originally the location for the Panama-Pacific International Exposition in 1915 (whose remnants can be seen at the Palace of Fine Arts), much of the land was filled and flattened to accommodate a world’s fair. That ample space has given way to a jogger’s paradise at the northern edge of the city. With the picturesque bay setting as its backdrop, it’s no surprise that the area has hosted numerous movie productions. Daytime activities focus on café culture and boutique shopping, while the evenings turn this neighborhood into a party-going hotspot.
