Top votes for the large, extremely clean rooms and for the comfortable beds. Our room was upstairs and we heard virtually no noise from adjoining rooms, however I must say Lombard St. is right there and quite loud. I'd recommend to stay in this place without a doubt, but ask for a room further in from the road if you... More

This hotel is great value for money!! The room was modern and clean. It had free wifi. The bed was huge!! The sink is outside the room but by the bathroom which has the shower and toilet in. Not to everyones taste but suited us fine. The staff were brilliant and VERY accommodating - they even moved a car so... More

Stayed there last year mid-year, the receptionist there actually also owned the inn. Very helpful lady. Rooms were clean and spotless. We stayed on 2nd level and near the back, so no noise issues. Showers & Toilet were clean, and that's my most important find... Breakfast is simple there - coffee pods, orange juice, some muffins. Great for the get... More

Good location on Lombard street, walkable to Fishermans Wharf area, handy for driving to Golden Gate Bridge, clean and comfortable rooms if a little on the small side. Free parking a bonus and free WiFi which was a bit intermittent. On the downside male member of staff not customer friendly and breakfast very limited. Would stay there again.

We stayed for one night during a 2 week holiday to the states, during which we stayed in around 7 different hotels in total. This was the worst we stayed in, receptionist wasn't that welcoming or helpful. Room was very nice inside and decent size but being right on the main road was very noisy. We had to move the... More

I really liked this hotel. The location is great. We didn't have trouble parking at the hotel. Two things though: do not stay in a room with a window facing Lombard st. (It was so loud my husband had to wear ear plugs at night) and don't count on the free breakfast (it is only bananas, bagels, cinnamon rolls and... More

Great little hotel. Perfect for seeing San Francisco. Friendly staff always willing to help. Very clean room and comfy bed. Bus routes just around the corner taking you straight into downtown. (Rubber Dingy Rapids Bro ;-) (Rubber dingy rapids bro ;-)

We stayed here for 4 nights as a family of 3, the rooms are quite small but clean and enough space for a few days, breakfast served in the reception which was fine as you could take up to the room or eat as you are walking to your destination. enough parking on site and close to the bus stops... This hotel is a great place to find parking that's free, comfortable and clean rooms, easy to local attractions, pastries and coffee for breakfast. Defintely would stay again. Rooms are small but a great value.

Excellent choice for reasonable but very nice rooms in the Mission District. Close to shopping, parks, buses, tours and only a short trip to the Bay and all the fun at Pier 39 and Fishermen's Wharf. Microwave and fridge and flat screen tv...are very useful...and lots of restaurants within walking distance of your peaceful motel.
