Very friendly and helpful staff. Excellent location, with easy [BART] access to/from SFO airport, and around SF city on public transport: easy walking distance to Union Square and SFMOMA. staff was friendly, room was OK. The "queen size bed" was rather small (esp. for american standards) but OK. Only one toilet at our floor which made it a bit crowded. Plus for the sink in the room! I stayed here after a show at the Warfield. As a bay area native, I really appreciate the location, good and bad. It's within walking distance of almost everything.
