A revisit report from our Christmas holiday: There are new owners at Monte Cristo, and in their four-month (as of Dec. '07) tenure, they have already begun to make great improvements to the B&B inn. I don't know where to start. The innkeeper seems to be a nice guy, and that's really the only good thing I can say about this B&B. We stayed at a B&B (Casa Arguello) around this neighborhood before, but that B&B closed down due to change of ownership. So we wanted to stay in roughly the same neighborhood as much... more
