Location and check in are as easy as you can want. Rates are great rooms are small and clean just what you would expect from Club Quarters. They have a great lounge area on the first floor and a Starbucks on the corner. Walking distance to some nice parks and the Embarcadero.

Came to San Francisco for the Marathon. Club Quarters was situated in a prime location in terms of being close to the Embarcadero and Mission Street. Stayed in a smaller room with queen bed and found it quite sufficient for our purposes, especially as we spent most of our time away from the hotel. It is close enough to great... More

Our trip was on 7-19/7-20-14. Coming from Reno, NV we know a little bit about good customer service. Let me say that from the start of our stay SARBI took great care of us. We booked through one of the on-line sites and listed 3 people going on this trip. When we got to the hotel SARBI let us know... More

Great location, walking distance to chinatown and union square. The staffs are very helpful especially sarbi at the front desk, always willing to help and attentive. The rates here are very affordable for the location, very good value for the price you pay.

After spending a week traveling to different (less expensive) hotels along the North West, we ended our trip in San Francisco. I chose CQ because of its location- it's close to the Embarkadero and Fisherman's wharf. I did NOT like that our bathroom door didn't shut, the toilet didn't work, and the room was minuscule.

I stayed 7-13-2014 to 7-18-2014 and had a good stay the room was in a great location to my training. The room was small but good enough for one person or two if necessary. I had no issue with the staff there and they were very helpful when needed. The restaurant next door served pretty good food on days I... More

We booked this hotel because of the great price and we're not disappointed. All staff were very knowledgable and professional - excellent customer service throughout. The location may not suit all tourists but we really enjoyed the area and it was easy to use public transport to go elsewhere. The room was incredibly small but this wasn't a huge problem... More

WE have stayed a few times, once we stayred and had a very unpleasant interaction with the manager on duty, but in general the staff is adequate. This hotel is nothing to write home about, but the Club Quarters concept can at times have great hotel prices.

my friends and i have stayed at a number of Club Quarters on business and personal trips. In general the rooms are not huge but well outfitted and maintained and great soundproofing. I'm a resident of San Francisco but i needed a place while i dealt with chemo and radiation. Aaron Bailey and his front staff have been amazing. Liz,... More

Great location. Close to chinatown, and embarcadero. We had a suite with a patio which made it very comfortable. We would have liked a king sized bed. The queen size was a full sized bed at best. The lobby was great with snacks, water, coffee and fruit. The staff was accommodating and friendly. Pretty noisy if you have neighbors, and... More
