Hotel Fusion has a great location in Union Square by buses, trolleys, and the BART. There is also shopping all around and you feel like you are in New York. The hotel rooms are small as many have said (for 2 people), and the bathroom is large. There is a huge empty space in the bathroom that could use a... More

My husband and I were looking for a reasonably priced hotel near Union Square that wasn't in a horrible neighborhood. This hotel worked great for us. I cannot say enough great things about Chad, the front desk manager. He was so nice and made sure we had a great room and that we got a great price. It was a... More

It fit the purpose. I was looking for an inexpensive stay during a conference and this came up. Since I didn't need much, this worked out well, and was within walking distance of Moscone Center. I had colleagues that stayed at hotels that had shared showers and bathrooms or were twice as much so I was pleased that this was... More

We had a long layover so we decided to spend the night and so happy we did!! This location is unbeatable. Very cute boutique hotel. Paper thin walls unfortunately, but, not a problem if you're out all night! ;-)

My friend and I arrived to be told that our booking was for a twin room, which the staff informed us in the US means a max of 1 person, despite my confirmation note from booking.com stating the room was confirmed for 2 people. Staff shrugged this off as an error generated because we booked from Australia (on the American... More

We stayed for two nights, expecting, as advertised, a "boutique" hotel. Nothing charming or stylish about the lobby, the single elevator, the decor, the tired-looking furnishings, the small room facing a light shaft (with an A/C unit in the window), the stained carpet, the crowded breakfast room. But the worst problem was being awakened before 7 am (on a Saturday... More

Good points: excellent localization, excellent room, big and clean bathroom. Simple breakfast, but good. Great service. Warmy! Negative points: parking is $37 a day, our room was 227 and our window could not be opened because it was facing the back of the building. I'd come back! It was really great! We could do anything on foot or by cable... More

I stayed at Hotel Fusion during a business trip in early January, and I think it is a decent, no-frills options for travelers seeking the Union Square area on a trip. The hotel is in San Francisco's Union Square, a well-touristed area with a number of lodging options. The location was very good if you want to stay in this... More

If you are a solo traveler not looking for luxury this hotel is a great deal. Rooms are small but quite enough for a single person who doesn't spend most of the day in their rooms and why would you? You are close to many great places and cheap transportation. Nothing comes out exceptional in the room except for the... More
