A friend and I stayed for 1 night in a twin/twin room for our annual shopping trip. The room rate was fantastic for the City, so I was not expecting much. I was pleasantly surprised. While the room was small and simple, it was clean and had enough room for the two of us for one night. The front desk... More

We couldn't have been happier with this hotel. Rooms are small yes, but who stays in their room with such an amazing city to see. No views, but step outside. The room was very clean, bathroom was perfect size to do what needed to be done. Several excellent restaurant's and bars within walking distance. We decided to ride BART into... More

Hotel Fusion is a great little boutique hotel in downtown San Francisco and a district of many hotels. It is close to everything from the cable cars, shopping, a short walk to the Bay and includes a contemporary nightclub that get hopping even on a Tuesday night if you stay up past midnight. Simple little continental breakfast included. Friendly staff.... More

Although the Hotel is situated very near to union square, it does not reach the mark. I chose to stay in this hotel because it is centrally situated. The service is very poor and the management is almost negligent. The Breakfast they serve is just a joke, you practically cant even stand in there with 5 other people. My advice, try... More

I really enjoyed my stay at this hotel. It was centrally located in downtown SF. The room (third floor, facing the street) was clean, had everything I needed, and was also of a decent size. All staff I met were very helpful and service-minded. I do recommend booking a king size room, instead of a queen size (which is smaller... More

The Hotel Fusion's best selling point is its location near Union Square and transportation. The hotel itself isn't horrible, with clean rooms and slightly trendy decor, though it doesn't quite live up to its billing as a boutique hotel. My biggest complaint is the smell of the place; apparently they use the same cleaning products as most every nursing home... More

Easy to find, as soon as we arrived in San Fransico we spoke to a local lady who told us a bit about the area. We were just off Powells Street, from there you could get to almost anywhere. We got a tram back from a trip to Fisherman's Wharf, what an experience! Great if you like roller coaster rides... More

Good location and staff. Room is confortable and clean, but small. The acoustics are not good at all. You can hear people talking next door. Other than that, it is good hotel if you get a good deal to stay there.

When we arrived we parked in the designated spot to unload our luggage. It doubled as a valet drip off as well; however there was no valet service around. The elevator wasn't working and we were staying on the fifth floor. The walls are paper thin so we can hear our neighbours talking. When our neighbours have a shower the... More

This hotel is in a great spot, within 2 block of Union Square, and right in amongst great shopping and restaurants. We chose this hotel for this reason, and were not disappointed. Our room was very small, with a double bed, a chair, bar fridge and wall mounted TV. The bed was extremely hard, and very uncomfortable and the pillows... More
