I normally stay at boutique hotels similar to this one. As an avid "do-er" when I'm on vacation, all that I need in a hotel is a clean room and helpful staff. I can't say enough good things about this hotel or the staff. Our room was a delux queen, and it was very clean and comfortable. The staff were... More

My family of 3 stayed for 3 days for a holiday. Excellent experience overall - very clean, great location and good service. Our room was spacious enough for us, in particular over the brief time we were there. The location was perfect for exploring San Fran.

I had a four-day stay at Hotel Fusion last month for a solo getaway vacation. Overall, I had a positive experience. Great location (located in major shopping district and near lots of public transportation), good customer service, and I appreciated the small breakfast buffet and "workout room", but I was turned off by all the hustle and bustle of the... First impressions aren't that good, but the hotel does grow on you. Rooms are very small re above, as is the bathroom. No room to move in it at all. Room was 'tired' and needed renovation. We were on the 3rd floor and didn't hear any street noise. Room amenities good. Nice clean linen.

Dear frankCentralScotland, Thank you for choosing Hotel Fusion. We are glad that you enjoyed our amenities and clean linen. Unfortunately being in a place like Union Square with such high urban density, our rooms are a bit on the smaller side. We appreciate your feedback and your positive review. We hope to welcome you back in the near future. Warm... More

My family of four went there for two days. A nice hotel with a helpful staff, large rooms and centrally located (maybe too central for our taste - so many people, noise and homeless people getting high and begging). Clean and simple. Don't expect much from the breakfast though - toast, bagels, spreads, cakes, apples, juice and coffee. All in... More

The title says it all. Great location in the hustle and bustle of San Francisco. Around the corner from Westfield Mall, the Cable Car termination, Restaurants, Jazz bars, tour bus pickup points etc. Do expect the level of noise being in that location. You might need ear plugs at night. We had two rooms for the four of us. We... More

The hotel is within easy walking distance from the BART. Although the AC wasn't great, the room had a quiet ceiling fan which more than made up for the AC. More hotels should incorporate them. The grab & go breakfast was more of a typical European continental style which was sufficient but the small room tended to get crowded.

I live in the east bay of San Francisco but once every year or two I would stay over at a hotel in San Francisco for different reasons.... Christmas time ice skating, Chinese New Year parade, etc. I have stayed at the Fairmont and also nikko Hilton nearby, and also the Argonaut hotel in fisherman's wharf. All 4 star hotels.... More

Tiny outdated room, noisy a/c. crappy unhealthy breakfast, overpriced allthough good location. located nearby everything that matters, unfortunatelly most of the beggars and homeless people in SF hang around the hotel/block. some days there was stains on the sheets and towels. Even the tv was outdated and defect (the sound was terrible, went up and down suddenly)
