Grand hotel feel when you walk through the front. The hotel staff are wonderful. There was a great military discount. The breakfast served each morning was above and beyond what I expected and the dining area looked out over the city. The rooms are very nice. They were clean and very quiet at night. There was parking a block from... More

This is one of the best places to stay in San Francisco. Location can't be beat --two blocks from Union Square. When you walk in the front door take a look at each of the displays behind the glass--a quick history lesson of the Marine Corps. My favorite is what I call the "Navy Cross window." It's the second highest... More

Had our wedding at Marines' Memorial and the experience was amazing. The food was great, the suite was nice and we received several compliments about the venue. Full buffet breakfast is great and happy hour drinks are provided for guests free of charge. The final kicker is it's near Union Square.

This was a great find in SF! The hotel is wonderful, located near Union Square and a quick walk to downtown and the Moscone Center (where my brother was attending a conference). It's also located along a cable car line, or you can even walk to Fisherman's Wharf (if you don't mind some serious hills - tip, take water!). The... More

I am a member of the club, and this hotel is by far the best, not just in terms of value and location, the actual facility is wonderful. We stay at the Marine Memorial every time we go to San Fran and never have second thoughts. Beyond the great hotel, the access to the Leatherneck Steakhouse for breakfast and happy... More
