This was a really nice boutique hotel, great value for money. The area was good and bad......good because it was a short walk to Union square, bad because it was full of homeless people, not really safe after dark. more

Hotel location was perfect! Service was great! I like staying at the smaller boutique hotels rather than the big corporate chains. This hotel had all the charm expected with a great location within walking distance to every downtown SF shop, restaurant & transportion there is.
