The rooms always smell great. The room service has excellent food. The beds are very comfortable and the rooms are well appointed and clean. Overall the service is excellent, but the valet can be a little slow.

I spent 2 nights at Omni Hotel SF. Hotel looks classic to me. Moreover, staff there provided very good & fast services almost in every aspects. It was worth paying to stay there. The hotel is located in financial district, which is really suitable for businessman, and it's walking distance to shopping area. The hotel room is comfy.
