Nice hotel, comfortable, well serviced - nice staff (unless you are struggling with bags as you leave and end up double parking). Lack of wifi in rooms a bit archaic, but then SF is a bit behind on the free wifi anyway. Would rather stay here again than the marriot marquis.

Pretty hotel, nice clean rooms and super friendly staff. Located walking distance from restaurants, shopping and tourist attractions. No complaints. A FYI - bottled water in rooms are $7.50 each and they do not have a pool.

This was my second stay at the Omni San Francisco and would probably go back if I have to do any business there in the future. I was somewhat annoyed as I had to pay a higher rate this year compared to last and I did not see any real benefit as a member of the Select Guest Program, which... More

What a great hotel!! Well worth the visit, the staff made us feel very welcome from the moment we arrived to the moment we left!! For example, on the first day of our arrival there was a knock at the door, it was room service with milk and cookies for our children, even though I explained that I did not... More

The hotel room is fine while not being spectacular, but for the price of just over 230 dollars per night, it's a great deal. The restaurant and bar serve their purpose in a more than perfunctory manner, and the lobby is beautiful. It has the charm of an opulent early 20th century building. The service is good. The amenities are... More

We stayed a long weekend at the start of our San Francisco trip and then again at the end of the week before returning home. The staff of the hotel couldn't be nicer or more accommodating. The lobby is lovely. We had a double room for four adults and it was pretty comfortable. The view was a nice street view.... More

We spent 8/17-8/23 at the Omni San Francisco, and had an amazing stay. Our room was spectacular - it was a junior suite with a king bed, and a sitting room with a pull out couch. We were traveling as a family with two adults and two kids. The layout of the room was brilliant, and although there was no... More

My family and I stayed at the omni San Francisco for 3 nights. The hotel has a great location as it is within walking distance of Chinatown, north beach, union square and fisherman's wharf. The hotel is elegant and the room was spacious. We had our adult daughter staying with us and we requested a cot. A mobile twin bed... More

The Omni is a very nice hotel in a very quiet area of San Francisco, the financial district. You can walk (albeit somewhat long walks) to several different areas in San Francisco. The rooms are very clean and comfortable and the staff is very friendly. However, because of the location, most of the stores close early and the nightlife is... More
