The staff greeted and welcomed us. The rooms were clean, comfortable, the bathroom was small but adequate, water pressure was good and hot water in the am/pm. What we liked about this hotel was close to China Town, the Cable cars. The only downside is the noise outside, but your in the downtown area. I would definitely recommend this hotel.
