I stayed here with a friend for two nights in January, and we shared a 4 person all female room with 2 other girls. The beds were comfortable, and the room and en suite were clean. Check in was easy as we had booked online, and we had to pay a $5 key deposit each, which we got back when... More

This is a great hostel in a super location. We stayed in a four bed dorm - which was clean & quiet at night. All the staff were so helpful and very friendly. This hostel is much cheaper than anywhere we could find in SF and they even had free beer on Friday and Saturday nights after 8pm! We would... More

Spent a few days in San Fran with some friends and had an awesome time at the hostel! The staff were extremely friendly and always willing to help. Free beer and pizza was a winner. Great hostel atmosphere and the rooms were very clean and comfortable. Highly recommended.

I have stayed at 4 hostels in San Francisco, and I like this one the most. Friendly and helpful staff, entertaining atmosphere in the lobby room with PS4 and pool table always good fun. Also the kitchen is good, along with the free breakfast and other food and beverages. Don't give this place a miss! Good price and you will... More

Honestly people, this place is awesome. I am backpacking around US, staying only in hostels. I never have any expectations for 20 bucks, just a bed and toilet. So before I say anything - guys with negative ratings, please, change your mindset where you expect 5 star service from a 0 star property. Thanks. First of all, this hostel is... More

Staying there right after our working holiday in Yellowstone, so this is the first hostel we stayed in USA. We stayed for one night, on the day of arriving, their WiFi was down. They fixed it on night. The water level for shower is low, but still that's warm water, not too hot. The room is clean, we were staying... More

I rarely stay in Hostels in the USA. However because the World Series most of the hotels were sold out in SF. I decided to stay at SF International hostel mostly because of location, and some reviews. They were very friendly and helpful. It was very clean, with a really big common room. The showers and bathrooms were also nice... More

This place is a really confortable and trustable place to stay , besides it is pretty close to the center and good for your pocket, only if it had sink in every rest room it would be better. It counts with free pancakes in the morning ! Which is perfect for a backpack Traveler.

Please dont ever stay here. Please. The lift was probably the most dangerous ten minute experience of my life ( to get to the fourth floor). Sometimes I would say prayers on the way up. Other times, Id just cry. It wasnt hot weather start of September and for some reason the rooms were constantly clammy. I had a cold... More
