This was our first visit to San Francisco, when we booked our hotel we were aware it was close to the Pier, but it was well within walking distance to the trolley and cable cars too. We would have skipped renting a car for the days we were in San Francisco had we known just how close we were to... More

Very few times I am impressed with the service at the check in lobby. Most of the time, in other hotels, perhaps they are busy, the service is sporadic. The rooms are satisfactory but onre of the most stringent requirement of my stay at any hotel is the quality of the pillows. I am happy with this issue.

Like just about everything else in SF this place was of a very high quality in terms of presentation and service. Perfectly located for Pier 39 and the Pier 33 ferrries to Alcatraz, and no more than a 10 minute walk to Union Square. The staff were very professional and the rooms and beds comfortable. Just what is required after... More

This was my 2nd trip to San Francisco and decided to stay closer to Fisherman's Wharf (previously stayed in Nob Hill which was nice too!). This hotel seemed newly renovated with modern updates and very comfortable. It was convenient to everything and it was nice to have a Denny's next door to grab a quick breakfast. The staff was good.... More

Though the scene from the room was not good at all, still, we enjoyed the stay.

Stayed here for 6 nights on a break from Hawaii. This hotel is express as it is described. With saying that it was much more pleasant and clean and service orientated than the hotel we stayed in in Hawaii. The location of this hotel is brilliant. one block from cable cars one block from trolley cars. walkable to union square... More

Location was great, walking distance to everything that we wanted to see. Breakfast was better than expected, hot and lots of it. Front desk wow, Ady and Brandy were simply GREAT. They helped us book tours, taxi's, advised on things to do etc. We had 2 groups and they even knew which group was in the hotel and which group... More

The hotel is situated near Fisherman's Wharf Pier 39 amongst all other hotels in a one block radius. If you're planning on catching all the typical tourist attractions like Alcatraz, cable cars and Ghirardelli near the waterfront then this is the place to be...if you're more into shopping in Union square, browsing Chinatown, and Golden gate bridge then look elsewhere... This was a great place to stay. It was close to everything and very clean. Surronded by other more "pricey" hotels without breaking the bank. We had a king room. The bed was very comfortable. The decor was good as well as the service. They served a hot breakfast every morning for free. We WILL be back. The only down... More
