Experience tainted by poor breakfast arrangements and poor attitude of staff, paying $400, yes $400 for a nights' stay one would expect a decent breakfast at least- not at all, i was yelled at by an angry mexican looking man when i tried to prop open the main door into the breakfast area- he yelled, "Mister close that door!!! was... Me and my wife stayed there for 5 nights in our vacations and we had a great time! Clean apartment and good breakfast (included) were the highest points together with the fastcheck in/out. Staff was great!! I'd only make a remark about parking prices that I think are WAY too expensive, but I guess this is kind of a normal... More

Good hotel for the money. The location was an ideal central location and very easy access to the trolley, muni and city buses. The hotel was clean and the breakfast was good but sometimes a little crowed during peak hours of the morning. The front desk staff could be a little more knowledgable on the restaurants and on general questions... More

We stayed at this hotel for 3 night in the start of our 2 weeks california road trip. I booked it through hotwire for a really good price and it was one of the best hotels of the trip. Location is central, we did almost everything by foot, if not we rented bikes. Tip : just don't go to fisherman's... More

My husband and I recently spent two nights at the Holiday Inn Express at Fisherman's Wharf in San Francisco.  What a disappointment!  I've stayed at various Holiday Inn Express hotels and have never regretted it until now. To begin with, because of the location this hotel is not cheap --- you are definitely paying for the location, two blocks from... More

Hotel is ok and fair value. Close to Fisherman's Wharf, full of tourists. Very, very full, to the extent that you can't move. Top tip - you may wish to skip breakfast and pay elsewhere. The queue is very long and when you get to the front ... well ... the egg must be made from recycled tyres. It can't... More

stayed here on monday for 2 nights right on the wharf, really nice clean, efficient, only downfall was the breakfast, standing in line for 20 mins is not my idea of customer service, we stood for 35 mins on the day off our departure, as the was a convention in and the just brushed passed everyone as if invisible!! my... Stayed right in the heart of tourist area, blocks from Fisherman's Wharf, the waterfront area. Room was very nice, hotel staff very friendly. My only complaint was waiting in line for 30 minutes for breakfast. With the number of people in this hotel there was only one line for breakfast. I can't believe that someone hasn't looked at this problem... More
