It is a great location . Everything within walking distance. It is not quite, you can hear everything. The cable cars run until 1am so you can hear the bells ring until then. There is a bar close and there was a fight in the street around 2am . You could hear every word. I am a reward member so we... More

We stayed there for 3 nights in two double rooms. Since you could pay with marriott points we got also upgraded and access to the great congiere launch where you get a great view over the district. Also the bus connections are very good since the union square is nearby. the only thing that isn't positive is that if you... More

I chose to stay at this hotel due to the location. We are here for a 5 day visit and thought this would be the best place to stay as the central location for all that we wanted to do. We stayed in a nice size room with double beds. The bathroom is not that large, but doable. The view... More

The staff were the stars of this hotel from the welcoming bellman, to the pleasant check-in area, as well as the concierge and storage area staff. The hotel is located on the north end of Union Square so it can be a little trek from BART or if you're returning to the hotel at night from Union Square. The rooms... More

I stayed at this hotel for a couple of nights. The first was interesting as late in the night I pulled back the sheets after a long day and I see staining through the sheets. I am exhausted and try to call from my room but there phone doesn't work. After two attempts to call, I lay some towels on... More

Stayed here for three nights in May. It is a bit pricey but worth the location. SF is a expensive city to stay in but do not skimp on hotel. You could be placed in a less desirable local. (unsafe)We requested a high floor and the views were nice. Plenty of shopping and places to eat nearby all within walking... More

Slight inconvenience at check in. Melinda, a manager, went above and beyond to make sure that we had a great stay. Hotel has an excellent location. It is very well run and in very good condition with up-to-date rooms. The rooms are very clean and comfortable. The concierge was extremely helpful and everyone seems to be friendly and anxious to... We travelled from Australia to celebrate our year of turning 40 and really struggled to find accommodation for the two nights we were in town, due to the women's half marathon being held at the same time, and it was the eve of the World Series. For three adults our room was pretty small as were the beds, and was... More

The hotel is in a convenient, central location. Staff were very friendly and eager to help with any questions we had. Our bed was so comfortable! Downsides were wifi was not included in our stay, and the hotel dryer did not work whatsoever, which would have been nice to know before we started doing laundry.

This is where our Regent - Seven Seas Cruise line had their patrons stay the night before embarkation and they always choose really nice hotels so the trip starts off on a high note. We booked our own room and got an up-grade, so ours was not a regular room - keep that in mind. Our room was spacious, including... More
