Excellent location in Union Square, conveniently within walking distance to many places of interest. Cable car to and from Fisherman's Wharf is right outside of the hotel. Nice respectful staff, clean hotel. NO free internet. more

The hotel was updated and presented itself very well. Check in was smooth and staff accommodating. Rec'd our paper each morning (I'm a stickler about that). Didn't use room service so I cannot comment on that. The only complaint I had was the noise that woke me up each morning between 5:15-5:30am! Loud banging, couldn't tell where it was coming... more

One of the best hotel in San Francisco. You can take Bart train from airpot to Powell Union Square station and within the walking distant to the hotel. You never have to worry about rental car parking, it has great service, and very close to all shopping center. more
