Nothing great about the hotel except the price it was offered at. Continental breakfast was free but hardly enjoyable. Front office staff was Ok kind, not very helpful and accomodating. more

Location is great for the price you pay. It is just at the other end of Market street. Quite location. Room were OK, I may even say good. Pretty disappointed by the breakfast that was included in the price though. Just danish rolls and some juice. It was funny when we asked if that is the only breakfast they have... more

All basics are covered here from a clean room, coffee maker, microwave, fridge and cable TV. There's also complimentary breakfast. NOTE: They charge about $15 per night for parking. more

THIS PLACE SHOULD BE CONDEMED! The worst place ever! Sheets for drapes, needle disposal box mounted in the bathroom for all the druggies that stay there. Druggies and hookers hanging around in the parking lot. My skin crawled when I walked in the room. more

During check-in, staff didn't speak well English, but was polite and friendly. Room 202 seemed to be renewed and looked quite nice. First thing we didn't like - noise from the street, homeless people, somebody knocked our door at 3AM and wanted money. Before we went asleep, my friend found two bugs in this bed and killed them and they... more

This was without a doubt the most disappointing place I have ever stayed. The rooms were clean, so points to the housekeeping staff, but poorly maintained. They were undergoing renovations, and that was not made public until you got there. The room I had, didn't even have curtains or blinds. I had to ask for an extra sheet to hang... more

* Pros: Location was excellent for walking everywhere. Friendly staff. * Cons: Parking fee was ridiculous and should be included in price in my opinion. The staff I met was nice and friendly but that doesn't make up for the horror that was found in the room. I realise you get what you pay for but a thin, stained sheet... more

Ok well as the title says ''do yourself a favour and give this hotel a miss'' i do mean give it a miss as well had the misfortune of staying here for one night when we arrived late in San Francisco and it was the first hotel we came accross. First off the night guy in the office was a... more
