The hotel is a bit worn out, but the rooms were clean and ok. People working there also seemed nice, friendly and happy. Location is really good. Almost in the center of San Fran and about 1 block to the gate of Chinatown. And the price was cheap, compared to other hotels in that area.

You can't get a better hotel for the price, wifi, good size bathroom, quiet. Clean, fresh decor. Staff were helpfull. Would recommend to anyone.

Stayed 3 nights for a conference. Location was good, and allowed easy access to Chinatown, North Beach, and Ferry Building for sightseeing and dining in the evening. Also, the location made it easy to use BART to get to/from the airport, which I appreciated. Room was fine, clean but nothing fancy. Staff was helpful and I had no wi-fi problems.
