Stayed there while business traveling during Autumn. Everything is ok, rooms are clean, staff is friendly and flexible. There is also a shuttle to the airport. But this place is really overpriced according to its possibilities. I enjoyed views from the room so much

The good bits- generally good value for San Fran & fairly comfortable. All the usual services were within expectations. Very much like a motel (Australia) rather than a hotel. Night shift staff were particularly friendly, although will try hard to sell bus tours. It is on a busy street but even though I had the 2nd room from the street,I didn't... More

We spent 3 nights in March. Big enough room for 2 adults and 2 young teenagers. Big, clean, bathroom. Free parking. Kuerig coffee and plenty of donuts and pastries for breakfast. 15+ minute walk to Fishermans Wharf/downtown/Chinatown. While everything is clean, the furniture and bathroom are dated. This place is good if you like walking, and is a very good... More

We arrived late in the day on a Friday and were quickly checked in as we pre-paid. Parking is tight and you have to follow directions to get into parking....Lombard is a busy two way with a median and Franklin is one way. The elevator is a hoot...kind of a cheap version of the big boys elevators with views (nope... More

We had a large room with a large bathroom. It was fine. Hear neighbours at times and door banging when being shut. The breakfast was basic Local tramp seemed to know his was in to grab a quick donut or two. Guess thats San Francisco for you! Parking was a bit tight. Would come here again due to its good... More

We found that hotel on Booking.com, and we couldn't believe a value for the money. Rooms were clean, large and well equipped. Breakfast including in price, was delicious with real orange juice. Stuff was extremely friendly and helpful. We arrived early in the morning, so our room wasn't ready yet, but management let us park our car there, what saved... More

We needed a last minute place because we left home early to beat the ice storm. Won't do better in SF for $70. Great location, can walk to wharf, restaurants and stores. Only downside is the street noise. Wife left her cell phone behind and they found and returned it.

We stayed here two nights and were so pleased with our choice. Our room was extremely clean and the added plus of free parking made it so worth it. The bathroom was huge and again extremely clean. The cleaning staff should get high praise for their work. It was a great value for our money and satisfied our needs so... More
