Pick up a map from the front counter on visitor information. It has a list of local transportation, museums, sights, tours, and restaurants. Ricky has them weighted down under a plant on the right side of the counter. The Bay Bridge Inn is walking distance to AT&T Park, and a few miles from Fisherman's Wharf. The parking is limited and... I was shopping around for a hotel/motel in SF that had parking - not a lot to choose from. I chose this place from the good reviews posted on tripadvisor. The motel doesn't look very impressive, but after a quick minute talking to Ricky, the manager, I was very happy with my choice. The hotel is nothing fancy, but our... More

Looking for a reasonably priced motel with FREE parking walking distance to downtown & ATT Park Go Giants....look no further. Upon arrival you'll be greeted by the very personable accommodating manager Ricky. The rooms are clean & comfortably furnished. They have good flat screen TV's with very extensive channel selections.Very easy access to both Hwys. 280 & 101. A Whole... More

We stayed here on May 1st for the Angels-Giants game. Free coffee, wifi and parking :) I paid ahead of time on hotels.com, brought my receipt. No issues. Ricky the manager is awesome! So kind and helpful. Our cable didn't seem to work at first but he came in and straightened it out and then checked on us. Also he... More

Came to see a giants game and wanted an inexpensive room for my family and I. Ricky at the front desk was amazing! The customer service we received exceeded all my expectations. The room was small but very clean and comfortable. I will definitely be staying here again the next time we come for a giants game.

We had a great stay at the Bay Bridge. The room was spotlessly clean and very well equipped. The bed was very comfy, just what you need after walking all day. I would recommend a room towards the back, away from Harrison Street. We were really pleased with the location, the Powell street cable car is a 10 minute walk.... More

I was in town for a whirlwind 48 hour business trip, and couldn't be happier about my decision to stay at Bay Bridge Inn. The room was clean and comfortable, and the service was lovely. Also, it's a short walk from the Moscone Center, and just a few blocks away from many nice restaurants and bars. Last but not least,... More

Looks can be deceiving. From the outside I was a little worried. But as soon as we checked in we were pleasantly surprised. Ricky was great!!! Gave us a map and told us where to go....and not go. Lol. The room was very clean and all updated. Free WIFI was very fast, and we left our car there while we... More

I stayed with my friend in SF for one week. We did book for a room with double beds but ended up with a single queen sized bed. But that's ok. The room is reasonable for the price and the wifi connection is good. However, the electricity supply is unstable, the fuse blew when I was using the hair dryer,... More

Staying in SoMa

Neighborhood Profile
SoMa
South of Market (SoMa), has an urban and sophisticated vibe, but you're more likely to find big nightclubs and lots of industrial loft residences than you are to find boutique shopping. Although it’s the epicenter for tech startups in the city, visitors will be able to do more than just business - museums, top quality restaurants, and the San Francisco Giants now call this neighborhood home. Most of its freeway-sized streets may not capture the same character as other neighborhoods in the city, but pockets of charm, like South Park, can still be found throughout its side streets.
