My husband and I stayed at the hotel for 4 nights and had a great experience. The front desk folks were friendly and attentive. The room was clean and cheerful....no view, but we didn't spend a lot of time in the room except to sleep. The hotel is about 4 blocks from the Moscone Center. It is clean adn the rooms are good. Staff is helpful and in my opinon is definitely value for money. Area around the hotel is not too good. more

The Best Western Americania did many things well, considering the price. The hotel has a nice lounge, retreat, and lobby. The hotel even had a fully functional restaurant called “Custom Burger”.
