I spent two days here in mid-May. Every staff member I encountered was especially friendly and helpful. Our suite was beautiful. I would stay here again if I am lucky enough to be back in the SF area.

Lovely hotel for vacation but convention offerings disappointing. Service was as expected for a high end hotel. Parking is tad pricey. The hotel is very nice,the staff is very attentive and extremely friendly. The rooms are well maintained and adequate size. The location is great! Will definitely stay there again.
