Nov 4-7, 2011 Located between Taylor and Mason on Bush, this property is a good 5 blocks from Union Square and a block down from Nob Hill. We stayed two nights in a "cozy queen" and one night in a "fireplace queen." The former room #43 was typically smaller with a tiny bathroom. The shower was so tight that turning... More

I would like to say what a fantastic time we had staying at Petite Auberge. What a little gem this place is. Firstly I would like to say how excellent the location was with only a block and a half away from the cable cars cross street stop and only 3 blocks from Union Square. The rooms themselves are quaint... More

Chose this hotel because of reviews on this site and so glad we did. We had such a good time. Our room and bathroom were so clean and so comfortable. Kudos to the lovely woman who did the cleaning, she was a gem. The bathroom is quite small but it was spotless. Our room had a fireplace and a window... More

First time here - stayed 3 nights, weather was hot for San Fran - 81 during the day. We had a queen fireplace room - very roomy with windows on both sides of the room so a good breeze existed. It would have been very warm without the breeze - no air conditioning - but in San Fran only a... More

Three couples stayed in this three story adorable little hotel. Not modern and very french in its quaint appearance. The most significant part of our two night stay was Andy, who was the friendliest person at a hotel that I have ever met! I have no idea what Andy's job title is, but he was everywhere we were in that... More

Picked the Petite Auberge due to the reviews on Trip Advisor and the reasonable costs of the rooms compared to others in San Francisco. Hotel and room were great. Room was just the right size for our four night stay, really clean and quiet. Breakfast provided by the hotel is good, there is a nice selection and all the staff... More

We loved staying at this hotel. It was very quaint and inviting and the staff was very helpful. Our room was clean and well equipped, although small. The only thing we woudl have liked for it to have had a ceiling fan. It was somewhat warm in SF that weekend and we ended up having the windows open at all... More

My partner and I have just come back from our trip, and we stayed at the Petite Auberge purely based on the reviews on trip advisor... we were not disappointed. Firstly, when booking online we got a great deal for 2 nights. Our plans then changed and we had to book an extra night. However, we were not able to... More
