This cute Victorian Hotel is very nice, clean and the service is the best thing. All the guys at the counter where very nice and always helpfull. The breakfast has plenty of things to choose from, eventhough if you stay many days it will always be the same. More

We were supposed to stay there our entire stay and ended up staying one night - we teuly regret we didn't stay four nights, it was the best hotel of our San Francisco stay! This historical property is amazing. It is truly a living part of the history - so if you are not the kind of person who appreciates... More

Victorian parlor is a delightful place to curl up and read with comfortable, cozy seating and two fireplaces. Afternoon sherry and cookies in the parlor is lovely. Breakfast was adequate but nothing special. There is a nice Whole Foods a few blocks away. if you like to walk and don't mind hills, the location is ideal. We have stayed here... More

Spent three days at the Queen Anne while attending my nephew's wedding. The staff went out of their way to be helpful - William made us laugh when he called a cab for us and announced we had the special cab, the NCIS special! The rooms were comfortable, and breakfast tasty and plentiful. I didn't try the sherry in the... More

We thoroughly enjoyed the over the top grandiosity of the Queen Anne. Awful breakfasts, the rooms were good to OK but somehow we managed to really like the place. A little off the beaten track it was easy walking to public transport. Front staff varied from fun and engaging to the dim and difficult. More

This hotel is old. You smell the years as you enter the lobby. That's okay. The room didn't smell old. We appeared to have a handicap-accessible room without a need for it. There is no restaurant in the hotel but they do have a breakfast room with free breakfast offering: boiled eggs, sausages, oranges, oatmeal, breads, muffins, milk, juice, coffee.... More

Thank you to everyone at Queen Anne Hotel for the guidance and advice about the cable car and trolley day passes and the directions to the cable car route. What a Godsend they were! San Francisco wouldn't have been such a pleasant experience for us without them. We loved the hotel, with all its history and beauty! We will definitely... More

This was a beautiful hotel that was very decorated for Christmas. Our room, on the top floor, was very spacious and nicely decorated. The staff was very helpful. Breakfast was your normal hotel breakfast. Only downfall was that it wasn't real close walking distance to much and a lot of taxi drivers don't know the exact location so make sure... More
