This is a gorgeous hotel. The rooms looked newly re-done with very modern and plush decor. It was surprisingly very quiet for being right near Union Square. The only complaint was the hotel parking fees were very expensive. The staff was very helpful and professional. Very clean. Would love to stay again! more

Lovely hotel, close to transport and Union Square. As mentioned by other reviewers, this is an older hotel which adds to the charm. Rooms are small but have been modernised and are very inviting. I couldn't decide where to stay in SF but we definitely picked the right spot! The Kensington Park is a great hotel if you are after a good location in SF close to shops, restaurants and transport. This is an older hotel that has recently been updated. The bathroom is small but clean. The beds are very comfortable. This was one of the few older hotels that offered two full size beds in one room. The room is fairly well appointed but cramped with the two beds in it.
