Not only are they happy to have you stay, but they are happy to have you stay with your dog. The room was great the location close to everything and the Starbucks is connected to the hotel. The street is busy, but who cares it is a city and lively!! more

our recent return visit to the hotel Diva reconfirms it..great place! of course a wonderful city! great location close to both big and small san francisco delights, clean comfortable room with very comfortable bedding, friendly and encouraging staff...what more can we say.......looking forward to the next time already more

Great hotel, the staff were really friendly. We arrived after 18 hours travelling and had been up literally 24 hours and couldn't wait to get to sleep. The man who checked us in gave us the top floor room with extra soft pillows and wished us a good night sleep. The room was not the biggest but it was fine... more

I stayed at this hotel so I could visit my daughter in San Francisco. I stayed in a junior suite that had a plasma TV and leather sofa in a sitting room and a TV in the main room. The rooms were dated and fairly clean. This was a "personally hotel" and the Hotel Diva's claim to fame is modern... more

This hotel is excellent for the money. The nicest hotel staff I have ever encountered and I travel quite a bit for busienss. Desk staff checked us in early and even upgraded us for free which included a nice breakfast and exercise facility. Hotel Diva...recently renovated rooms...2 plasma tv's in the room. Separate living room from bedroom. However floors squeaked and not flat/even. Connected to Starbucks that was nice. Just down the street from Union Square...be careful of the neighborhood after 10PM...lot of street people panhandling. more

Smart, clean, good sized room and really comfortable bed. Helpful staff. Only drawback is that it is on a noisy street with no parking. more

We stayed several nights in the Hotel Diva's Kid Suite with our three young children. We had two rooms: one room with a queen bed and one room with bunk beds (and room for a crib). Nice boutique hotel in great location. Rooms are small but cheap to upgrade to larger room. Free internet is slow but can pay extra for high speed.I failed to work it out . Good service . Neat little place more
