Location so close to Union Square was magic. The rooms are small, very functional with cutting edge decor, which we enjoyed. The down side was that they tended to be a bit noisey. we have stayed at the diva previously. it seems to get better and better! the staff, i.e.everyone is genuinely friendly. housekeepers and the front desk especially! they actually remember us!.. the rooms are comfortable without being cheesy with accessories. the staff willingly interacts with the guests and it makes us feel at home in the big city! more
