They gave us one of the new rooms. Nice people. They are willing to accept your luggage in advance and keep it there later. Near the airport but quiet! The room was so sweet with a cabin in the woods motif. Moose and bear sheets, lamp shades, wood paneling, etc. The shower curtain is insufficient, the water will definitely get... More

Perfect location – next to the airport, King Salmon Interagency Visitor Center, and Eddie’s Fireplace Inn eatery. Flora, the very kind owner/manager is always there to help you with driving you and your bags to/from the airport. Our room was actually a fully furnished and equipped apartment that could sleep up to 6 people. The place is a bit jaded,... More

This is my second trip but the first time that I stayed in King Salmon. Well, its pretty obvious you don't have a lot of choices here and I have to accept my initial expectation on the accommodation around here is not very high. However, after staying here for 2 nights, we were so pleased with this stay. Both the... More

Stayed 1 week at Antlers Inn for a business trip. The nature of our work required us to work nights and sleep during the day. Flora and Jim, the owners, were very understanding of our situation. Jim was building a new addition to the property, and started work later than usual so we could sleep. Our original dates were delayed,... More

After 2 weeks travelling around Alaska, I had become accustomed to unfriendly and unhelpful treatment but Flora was really helpful! Her husband - sorry I forget his name- drove us the v v short distance to the inn with our luggage. We had paid for a suite but were given an upgrade to an apartment. This was useful as we... More

A difficult one to assess. The owners are unfailingly friendly and helpful and had it not been for them I would have been sorely disappointed. I had two nights, priced at about $290/night, including slow-ish Wi-Fi. The 'apartment' I had was, frankly, a bit tired, especially the bathroom. But I can understand the cost and difficulty of maintaining modern facilities... More

Once again we stayed at Antler Inn in King Salmon and so appreciate Flora and her husbands lodging. clean, totally stocked with coffee makers (with coffee and tea) dishes, pots and pans and so much more. They pick you up and drop you off at the airport plus they keep your fish frozen free of charge. We visit Alaska every... More

Everything in King Salmon seems expensive, but I thought the Antlers Inn was a good value compared to alternatives. Stayed there overnight before heading out to Katmai NP and Brooks Camp for a week. In the center of town so it is convenient to the airport terminal, restaurants, and the store. When I arrived I used the free phone to... More

I know that King Salmon is a very small town but I still expected more from Antlers Inn given the price. I had a room with a bunkbed, TV with poor reception, slow wifi but sufficient to email & Skype, sofa and kitchenette including an oven, microwave, toaster and fridge but no kettle. Because it was linked to the main... More

We stayed here one night during a 2 week tour of Alaska. The owners are very friendly and helpful. We rented a single room, which was clean and comfortable. A small kitchen was available. There is no breakfast included, so you need to buy stuff at the store or eat at one of the 2 restaurants. King Salmon is expensive,... More
