Stayed here for 2 nights in August with our 2 children (age 11 and 8). Room and bathroom were large, nicely decorated, immaculately clean with a lovely view - prime position to watch the lightening storm in the distance! The reception staff were really friendly and helpful providing a map of Boston and some tourist tips. Self service laundry service... More

Attended a wedding at the Marriott Quincy. We stayed there for 3 nights. The staff were very rude, especially the restaurant staff. The Filipino house keeper was very nice and couldn't have been more helpful. Our overall experience in boston would not intice us to return. I was very dissapointment and I would not return to the Marriott Quincy

Fionnuala F, We are so sorry you did not have a great experience at our hotel. It is dissapointing that you were compelled to score our hotel so low given the services, even in lieu of the bright light that was our housekeeper. I can imagine you were not impressed but would be happy to review your specific concerns if... More

We attended a family wedding. We had difficulty booking our two rooms. My husband sent general Manager an email about his problem booking! No reply!!! We had an amazing time with our family from Ireland but the hotel has the poorest staff I have ever experienced in my many travels! Restaurant food was great but staff in serious need of... More

Rosie O, I apologize that you had difficulty booking your guest room. I can assure you that our General Manager acts on every request from our guests, if not personally than from a manager that has the vital information needed to act upon the request. I cannot speak to the circumstances as each group booking process is different and without... More

It's another of those newish hotels stuck in an office park. Not far from the highway but not close to anything either. Clearly the South Shore desperately needs hotel rooms as these guys get well over $300 for a regular old Marriott room. They do the annoying charge a bunch for parking although they're in the middle of acres of... More

kentrisk, We are so sorry you were not satisfied with your visit. We hope to be exceptional no matter the rate, however, Boston and the surrounding areas tend to be very busy going in to the fall season and rates do climb. During the winter months, our rates do plummet well below $300. In addition, we do have rates inclusive... More

Hotel is a bit outside of Boston, but that means a lower price. During the summer Boston hotels go at least $400 a night so the Quincy Marriott was a nice option. They have a shuttle to the "T" red line that takes you right into the heart of Boston. The pool, hot tub and gym were very clean. Rooms... More

Helpful desk staff, lovely, comfortable room. We enjoyed a delicious PEI clam meal and a 'dark and stormy' in the bar area. Good advice from the desk for leaving our car at the parking garage at the train and commuting into Boston.

mjn212, Looks like our team did a great job of delivering quality service. Our seafood dishes and fresh sheet are second to none. Hope to see you again soon. More

Hotel is very nice and staff very friendly......until they discover you reserved through Expedia and not directly through Marriott. I believe I could have received as nice a place for less money, if this had not been an emergency trip. Pub has very good food, though a bit pricey. But service in the Pub was not good at all!

ashdonkamarsh, We are so sorry you did not receive the service you deserved on this trip, and hope that we did not add to the stress of your emergency visit. I am sure it was frustrating at the least. Please stop by in the future and I will ensure your visit is a pleasant one. More

We booked this hotel as it was recommended to us by a travel agent overseas. Nice hotel, very large with a very nice indoor pool, but so far from the city. The closest t stop to Boston was over a mile away. If you park your car on the property it's very reasonable, just $18 per night.

kat33rat33, Thank you so much for your review. The parking at the hotel is $14 per night, however, we do have packages that include parking and internet for future reference. Also, Quincy Adams "T" station, is less than 1 mile from the hotel. I wonder if you were utilizing another station. If you return, please let us know your plans... More

Would have rated it Poor at half the price.. I can hear every word from the room next door.. No one at checkout desk when I arrived; a extremely rude and impatient person did finally show up.. Would love to add more but can't hear myself think from the noise next door. An abysmal property..

John J, We cannot apologize enough for your experience. Arriving to find no one at the desk is not an ideal check in. If you could share the experience in more detail we would love to use the feedback to improve our service. In addition, we have deluxe guest rooms at the end of our hallways that may be a... More

The Hotel itself is rather pleasant. But its very far away from anything and there's nothing nearby to escape to. No restaurant's, no bars no anything! If you feel the need to really get away this may suit you. The bar in the Hotel closes way to early for somewhere like this at 11:45pm. The restaurant is okay, but no... More

Rusty1hk, Sorry to hear of your disappointment with the Boston Quincy Marriott. Given our location in Quincy, our demand for the bar does increase on the weekends and we stay open later to accommodate those guests traveling for leisure. Many of our guests opt to go in to the city to enjoy a night out. We apologize you were not... More
