Enjoyed one night here with my fiance'. We had a ball. The place was nice and clean, quiet, and we enjoyed our stay, even if it was rather short. If we had more time we would have stayed more days, but we were College students at E.N.C.

Presidents Inn has been torn down. They are currently building a new motel (Aug 2014). Don't know the completion date, but it will be a much better place when it opens. I believe it will then be a Howard Johnson's Motel.

If you are going there for the quality of the setting or the personnel, you are mistaken. We went there because it was the cheapest option available and it was not so bad as I thought it would be. Close to a metro station, it's easy to get to the downtown, but a little long as the line is slow.

I had reserved 2 nights at the hotel, via Expedia, and called the hotel three weeks prior to the 1st night to say that I 'd have to cancel the first night. All I received from the person I spoke to was "OK". I assumed that meant I'd be charged only the 2nd night. When I arrived I was told... More

Had to stay three days in Boston. No hotel was free, so I ended staying at Presidents City Inn. Pro: close to a metro station so I was able to go to MIT in 30 min. Free internet. Fairly clean. Con: old and run down

I travel a lot; I have gone to many hotels in my years. However this has to be the worst hotel I have ever booked through hotels.com. The rooms are dirty and cold; the front desk clerk does not speak English, and is behind bullet proof glass. The rugs where dirty, the tables all had cigarette burns in them. Drug... More

I chose this hotel as it was still close enough to Boston to make a commute feasible. It was also A LOT cheaper than staying in Boston itself. The room was spacious and presentable, as was the en-suite. Cleanliness was not superb, but it was my fault for dropping crumbs on the floor! The beds are made up and bins... More

Stayed there on a trip around Boston The rooms were large, rather clean There was a small smell of smoke in the room It's well located on the main street and less than one mile from the beach. If you like to run, it's a nice place to stay Well I would recommend staying there if you are looking for... More

I booked this hotel online because I was in town to see the Boston Red sox. Pulled in and was a little nervous, but I'm pretty easy going and just needed a place to sleep. I booked a smoking room, even though neither myself or boyfriend smoke, because it was way cheaper. The staff was friendly. The room was clean... More

This really is excellent value for what it is, it may not be a meticulously clean place but it's very decent. Room had TV, microwave and fridge, two double beds and a fair sized bathroom. It's five minutes walk from the Wolaston T line (train) to Boston that takes 15 minutes, it's only 15 dollars for 7 day ticket to... More
