It was a nice place, nothing special but worth the value. Why do I need to enter more than this? It makes me put in more than the number of characters I want. This is ridiculous! The max is 200 but so is the required.

Our room was very clean and reasonably priced compared to other motels in the area. We had a refrigerator and microwave in our room which was very convenient. We liked the location - close to Acadia National Park entrance. The motel staff were very friendly and helpful. We had a three night stay and I will stay here again when... More

We stayed 5 nights on recent trip to Bar Harbor. We had a king room with a kitchenette and it was very clean and comfortable. The pool was closed for the season but we were not looking for a pool as the weather was too cool for that. The were originally in room 23 at very end of one building... More

We wanted convenience to Acadia National Park. This motel is within easy walking distance to a bus stop for the free L.L. Bean shuttle to various points in the park plus downtown Bar Harbor. Via a short walk through the woods is Mainely Meat, a really good cafe for breakfast (wild blueberry pancakes) and other meals. Room was spacious, clean,... More

Stayed here 2years ago, was wonderful This year forget it, new management who don't care about there guests They closed the pool because they ran out out of fuel to run the pool? The management are extremely not service oriented with amazing attitude The only good thing about the motel was the wonderful Macedonian cleaning lady Unfortunately, I gave this... More

We needed a low cost/no frills place to stay where we could also cook our own meals. Acadia Pines fit the bill. The kitchen worked well and had a decent selection of kitchenware. We had a problem with our TV one night, just before the office closed and they replaced it right away. The pool was clean and warm as,... More

Spacious, comfortable, clean, basic accomodations for a good price. Great heated pool. Easy walk to restaurant, great ice cream stand and mini golf. Peaceful grounds and overall a pleasant vibe. Would stay again.

Clean, large room, great management, lovely grounds, heated pool, walking distance to a place to eat next door (love the breakfast). 10 minute drive to downtown Bar Harbor and 20 minute drive to Sand Beach, Precipice Hiking trail. Very reasonably priced. I would definitely stay again.

A really nice place to stay at a reasonable price. The location is convenient to the Acadia National Park and a short ride to Bar Harbor. The rooms were very clean. The staff was very friendly and helpful. A very nice change from the big chain hotels.
