We visited Acadia and Bar Harbor for the first time over Columbus Day weekend. Only having 2 and 1/2 days there, our family of four (2 parents, 2 teenagers) wanted a location that was within walking distance of town and an easy drive to trails in Acadia. Moseley Cottage Inn was perfect on all accounts. Once back from the park,... More

We had a wonderful time at the Moseley Cottage Inn and Town Motel. We stayed in the motel section and were very happy with our choice. The motel is like an older motel with outside entrance and a real key, which is different from the modern hotels, but the room was clean, comfortable and everything we needed for our stay.... More

We had a wonderful stay at the Mosley Cottage Inn. It was so nice to find a B&B that had rooms with more than one bed. If you are traveling with kids, a husband who snores, or a friend you don't want to share a bed with, a B&B is usually not an option because they most often have only... More

I had a wonderful week at the Moseley Cottage Inn. Pam was very friendly and helpful, breakfast was perfect- more than enough healthy options to keep you going for long days of hiking or exploring. The cookies available 24/7 in the foyer were insanely addictive. I stayed in the Dorr room, which is a single, twin-bed room at the Inn.... More

This Inn (we were staying in the Inn rather than the motel section) gave us possibly the largest room we have ever had - with the attached private porch it would probably have easily housed a family of six with room to spare and we were just two. It was also full of beautiful old furniture and had a lovely... More

Both the Hotel and Inn are super, but we stayed in the Inn this time because we wanted a porch. Perfect location away from the cruise ships. Down a side street a few blocks if that from the square and shore path. Easier access to Acadia we thought than going to the main entrance. The Inn seems to runs effortlessly.... More

What a b&b should be! Wonderful hosts. Quaint and spacious rooms. New England charm. And breakfasts to remember. A repeat customer, and will be coming back for more! Well worth your trip to Bar Harbor and Acadia to stay here.

My wife and I stayed here for two nights for our 13th anniv., and could not be happier with the accommodations!!! The pictures on their website, although very nice, just don't the rooms justice, they are absolutely beautiful!!! The paint, wallpapers, furniture and accessories all complement each other perfectly. The rooms are large and SPOTLESS, the bathrooms SPOTLESS, the paint... More

We stayed in the motel section and were very happy - extremely comfortable beds, nicely appointed rooms, very clean and very quiet. We slept very well. The Mosely was easy to locate and very convenient not only to things in town but to the park as well. Pam was very helpful with info about the park and recommendations on places... More

This is our third consecutive trip to Moseley Cottage and although we were planning on a new trip next year, we already booked for 2014. From check-in to check-out, everything runs smoothly and efficiently. It's nice to see the same staff year after year! Rooms are always spotless and breakfasts lovely. The location is prime. You can walk into town... More
