The cottage had a room for one. The Dorr Room. How perfect for me. I am a traveling nurse and always going on adventures and this place was perfect for one person. With so much to do in Bar Harbor I will be back. The staff were so gracious and caring. Breakfast was delicious and the charm of the house... More

The Moseley Cottage Town Motel was one of the best places my wife and I stayed while road tripping through Maine. The town motel is very clean and modern. The hosts are very helpful and knowledgeable about attractions in the area. While the price might seem a little high, it's actually very reasonable for Bar Harbor, especially since all the... More

Stayed here for four days while touring Acadia and surrounding area. We were in the Cottage and found everthing to be perfect. The property is just off a busy street in Bar Harbor and offers a quiet neighborhood setting. It is an easy walk to main area of Bar Harbor and to the NPS shuttle bus service. Location and ammenities... More

We stayed one night in the Inn and one in the motel and, of course, they are totally different experiences. The inn, which is pricier, is a very charming old Victorian with well-decorated rooms. Ours was spacious and had a small view of the harbor. The third floor was a little warm for July but not after we turned on... More

We had a wonderful stay in the Bubbles room with our children, the room was spacious and my husband and I enjoyed the side-porch while the children were sleeping. We loved the location, a quick walk to the town's shops and the street was very quiet. We all enjoyed breakfast and my children have been asking for more blueberry scones!... More

For a couple of nights in Bar Harbor, we struck it lucky by staying at Mosely Cottage close to downtown Main st. "Cottage" is a vast understatement for this stately historic home. Our main floor room was beyond our expectations, with a lovely private veranda which we enjoyed in the morning sun with coffee. Friendly knowledgeable advice on area attractions... More

Great location a few blocks from the town’s shops and restaurants. We stayed in two rooms in the motel, not the house. The one with the king bed was spacious and also had a couch bed; the one with 2 queen beds was average size. The beds were comfy, the water got hot fast, the wifi was fast. The rooms... More

We stayed in the B&B part and had the Norumbega room. The room was large enough to accommodate our family of 4 with plenty of space and included a full side-porch. It also had a fireplace that we lit one night. It created a nice ambiance and was just fun for the kids. The staff was friendly and seemed knowledgeable... More

However we do not have locks on any of our bathroom doors. This is a home.On another note... More

We enjoyed two nights at this charming inn/motel. It is less than a block from the main street in Bar Harbor so within walking distance of many great restaurants. Our room was immaculate, and the owners were charming and helpful. We will recommend this place to all of our friends and relatives who plan on visiting this great part of... More
