My husband and I stayed here 3 nights in mid-July and we loved our second story room in the new addition. A king-size bed, microwave, fridge and large flat screen tv in a year-old room was perfect for us. Everything was squeaky clean and new, no "old motel" smell here that we experienced in some of the smaller towns along... More

Friendly and helpful hosts, rooms are large, clean and nicely furnished, nothing fancy. New building is pristine. Just a short walk to the center of Bar Harbor, away from the noise and bustle. Good value.

We have been staying at the Bar Harbor Manor for a number of years and have always loved the friendly staff, the quality accommodations, and the quiet in-town location! This time we stayed in the new hotel building in a king bed room, and it's our favorite yet! The room was spacious and tastefully decorated...the mattress was extremely comfortable...and we... More

My husband and I stayed 3 nights at this hotel and we would definitely return. It does not have a lot of bells and whistles but it is very clean and comfortable. We especially enjoyed the quiet, side street location within walking distance of the upper side of the town green, shops, restaurants, etc. The woman at the desk was... More

My husband and I just returned from spending five nights at the Bar Harbor Manor and we loved the hotel room and meal package. We had visited Bar Harbor many years ago with our kids so this new hotel provided perfect accomdations with a spacious room, incredibly comfortable king size bed, mini fridge, microwave and large flat screen TV. The... More

My husband and I stayed here 3 nights from June 23rd to June 26th while visiting Bar Harbor and Acadia National Park. I made the reservation online in January for a room with a queen size bed. We received room #7 which is on the 2nd floor in the building behind the office. It has a huge deck with a... More

My husband and I stayed here for three nights in May. There was champagne to welcome us - this trip was a romantic getaway (a mini-honeymoon). Our third floor hotel room was very spacious and clean. It was decorated simply but tastefully. The king bed was comfortable. The bathroom was nicely tiled and had ample counter space. The folks at... More

This hotel is located a couple blocks from downtown Bar Harbor. This make it nice because you can walk into town and not have to fight for parking. The suites are very clean and comfortable. This hotel does not have some of the amenities that you may expect such as a pool, or breakfast. However the relaxed atmosphere almost entirely... More

My wife and I stayed here for four nights starting July 12. We were welcomed in a most pleasant manner and offered suggestions as to what we could do during our stay. We stayed in Room 30 (king bed suite), which we found to be very clean and nicely furnished. We also had a small kitchenette that had a mini... More

My husband and I stayed here for the July 4th holiday weekend and we were very impressed with this hotel. We had a king sized room on the 3rd floor and it was VERY SPACIOUS. IT was very clean, updated and very comfortable with a refrigerator, microwave and balcony to watch the sunset. This hotel is ideally situated away from... More
