We stayed at the Bar Harbor Grand Hotel for 2 nights. Staff very friendly and helpful. Location very good and plently of parking. Within walking distance of downtown harbor. “Fine Stay”

This was our third stay at this hotel. Pros: refurbished spacious King Room (new carpet, bed, paint and updated bath); cleanliness of the hotel and rooms; friendly staff; reasonable price; parking; and convenient location, walking distance to downtown. Con: common areas (elevator, hallway and stairway) smelled a bit musty, perhaps because the hotel had only recently opened for the season.... More

“Great Stay”

Just stayed for 2 nights but easily could have stayed longer. Clean, comfortable beds, great location and helpful staff. Felt welcomed and would recommend to anyone. You could spend much more for a view but this was located close to it all.

We were greeted by very helpful front desk people which continued throughout our viait. The room was very nice and comfortable. A good breakfast was served. The location was ideal, allowing us to walk to the harbor.

“Great location in Bar Harbor”

Me and wife stayed one night at this wonderful hotel. The room was spacious and comfortable. Because we went in May, the room was affordable and worth every penny. The continental breakfast was pretty decent as well.

We appreciate our guests from Georgia brief stay. We truly take pride in maintaining our rooms and their comments indicate that we are accomplishing it. “Grand place to stay in BAr Harbor”

The hotel is always very clean and the staff very friendly and helpful. The rooms are nice and being right in downtown means you can walk to all the local restaurants and shops. We've stayed there twice, once with kids, once without and both visits were great.

We stayed there mid week for an overnight. The place was spotless. New carpets, paint and mattress added to the enjoyable experience. The front desk folks were super friendly.
