We hadn't booked and just showed up because we needed a room before taking the CAT the next morning. The welcome was friendly and efficient. My "courtyard" room's balcony looked over a nice green courtyard, and face level with some trees well beyond that . You could see a nice view of the harbor beyond those trees. Not the place you go if you're looking for something fancy, but if you're looking for someplace super clean, affordable, comfortable, convenient and with a very friendly staff, this is the place.
