Tumon Bay Capital hotel has a good location near water park Tarza. Hotel has an excelent view from balcony to bay. Lifts are in the hotel. Rooms are large with balcony. Rooms were clean and service is good. But stuff on desk were terrible. First night I thought about him "many beers" and first day about her "do not disturb".

The first day has a little bit unsatisfied experience as the bad service of the front desk, but overall is good. Although the lobby is old but it has good night and day view, I think the other hotels that near the beach has a wonderful day view, but they have no night view. In Capital Hotel, you can see... Although this hotel isn't expensive, I recommend looking for something different. Our room had mediocre air conditioning and they didn't clean it at all during our stay. The rooms are not nice and the shower did not drain AT ALL. I just felt like the hotel was pretty dirty overall. I wouldn't recommend staying here. Look for something else, seriously.

The low $$ I payed resulted in a room with dilapidated furnishings, surfaces, and hardware; smoky smells; springy, yet oddly hard-cornered mattresses; and a view of the backs of buildings with a view of the water. The booking site said US$10 shuttle from airport, a phone call from the reservation desk said $15 and a hassle; but the $30 taxi... More

Deeply grateful to taxi driver who recommended Capital Hotel, Guam. Arrived from Yap with no reservation. On way home from dive holiday early as Mum passed away. Couldn't find hotel under $300 for day literally, 8 to 4pm. Had stayed at Days Hotel in way over for $100. Won't make that mistake again! This is incredibly well located and all... More

hotel looks decent on the outside, but once you get inside, the room is horrible. dirty sheets, dirty room, insects on the bathroom counter, and free internet, which is hit or miss-- miss most of the time. fare warning- it's not worth $50, it should get priced at 20 or less, and this price is even high. . ts in... wow, another crash hotel review. The guy at the door looked like he could have done a 20 to life on a murder rap, but beat it by getting a lawyer. No worries, he just looked mean and was a nice guy after you talked to him. But hey, it’s Guam, the sleepy little island that almost could be nice.... More

Stayed 1 night due to overnight layover in Guam. Fair value for the $65 we paid, but only good for sleeping (and bring ear plugs), no other amenities at hotel. Pros: Great location for shopping. Right behind the Duty Free Shopping mall (not a location for those looking for secluded beach holiday type lodging). Water pressure in shower was fine.... More

Ok room if you don't plan on spending a lot of time in your room. Very old and the bathroom was stinky and very dirty. Bedspreads were nasty and stained up so I would suggest that anyone coming here to bring your own pillow and blankets and wash rags because they don't supply any. The view was nice and close... More

The reason I can't vote it with more stars is, well, I value those stars and I tend to use 4 and 5 stars on great stays. But that doesn't mean Tuman Bay Capital Hotel is mediocre. You get what you paid for here. The room is large, clean and good air-conditioning. Water, fridge and and everything works very well.... More
