I stayed a week at the Guam Reef Hotel and my experience has been completely negative. The room was large but very moist, furnished with old and ruined furniture. The bed was hard as rock and the bathroom dirty. Also the staff was not nice: unhelpful and unable to solve smaller problems. We asked if we could print our boarding... More

This is my first time to Guam but I choose reef hotel. Why ? First .They provide you a big bottle of water in every room. It's very important because Guam is hot and you need drink water anytime you need. Second. Every bus stop in reef hotel. If you wanna go chamoro village or dededo market , you can... More

Hotel overlooks stunning Tumon Bay on Guam. Rooms are well designed for comfort and ease of use. Hot and cold water always available, refrigerator. Staff service makes this place so good. Always available considerate helpful. Gavin Security Guard was particularly effective in helping me get things accomplished. 24 hour espresso, coffee, ice cream. Eric who works there at night was... I arrived via flight from Hong Kong to Guam around 05:30hrs. Least of taxi at airport and need to wait around 20minutes and cost of USD20.00 per trip. Airport to Hotel around 20 minutes driving distance and smooth in morning time. Arrived to Hotel for checking-in, receptionist asked us to leave the luggage in baggage room and back at 15:00hrs... First room noisy, second room smoky, no response to request to move again. Cleaning after 4 pm, request for towels earlier than that took more than 30 min to fulfill. We should have changed hotels. The lack of sleep and unresponsive service ruined our vacation.

My wife and I stayed at the Guam Reef October 27th for five nights. We had a smooth checkin and the room while basic with 2 twin beds got the job done. The hotel is on the beach and the water is clear and beautiful. Use of the beach for two people was $30 for a parasol and two chairs... More

My family really loves Guam Reef, its just across major shopping malls as well as restaurants. The room smells a bit of sea water especially when flushing the toilet. But overall, we love the lunch buffet, friendly reception, room view of the beach and the infinity pool.

This is a fairly old hotel in an excellent location near restaurants, transportation and shopping malls. I was surprised that EVERYONE staying at the hotel appeared to be Japanese. They seem to have purchased hotel/beach packages. My rooms was spacious with a (partial) ocean view and a really good shower. Unfortunately the carpeting smelled old and moldy. I hated paying... Since there were 4 of us staying in the hotel, we chose Guam Reef since they offer 2 big beds (double beds) at much reasonable price. The hotel is located in the 'Hotel Row' area near restaurants and shopping malls. Mc Donald's is just across the hotel. ABC store, where you can buy snacks and drinks is just beside the... More
