Everything was good. Except for a cockroach inside the room. Took much effort to kill it. Even took several pictures and a video and watch in horror with the roach climbing around the whole room...

We stayed 4 nights at the Guam Reef. Staff was friendly and helpful. The beds need more than one pillow each. Called housekeeping for extra pillows, they were delivered in a timely manner. Great view. WiFi was good. Do not like having hard wood floors in a beach hotel...sand is always all over the floor, which eventually ends up in... More

Rooms were tired and the Air con did not work. There were three of us in the room but only two pillows took numerous calls and one night to rectify this problem. Made a number of calls to check the AC but never happened. Food outlets slightly above average but not worth the money. Guest service staff very polite but... More

My stay at the Guam Reef was very pleasant. The view from my room was great and I had my very own terrace to enjoy it. Clean, comfortable rooms, with your own water dispenser. Ice is available at all elevator landings. Wifi is good and aircon is handy even in the lobby area. There are so many Filipino staff so... More

Great location and good laundry facilities. Downstairs restaurants not that great though. Shower pressure good. Japanese restaurant good and reasonable prices. Magician Hank Rice's show is fantastic. Was there during Typhoon winds, secure but stairwell didn't lead to lobby

I stayed a week at the Guam Reef Hotel and my experience has been completely negative. The room was large but very moist, furnished with old and ruined furniture. The bed was hard as rock and the bathroom dirty. Also the staff was not nice: unhelpful and unable to solve smaller problems. We asked if we could print our boarding... More

Hotel overlooks stunning Tumon Bay on Guam. Rooms are well designed for comfort and ease of use. Hot and cold water always available, refrigerator. Staff service makes this place so good. Always available considerate helpful. Gavin Security Guard was particularly effective in helping me get things accomplished. 24 hour espresso, coffee, ice cream. Eric who works there at night was... I arrived via flight from Hong Kong to Guam around 05:30hrs. Least of taxi at airport and need to wait around 20minutes and cost of USD20.00 per trip. Airport to Hotel around 20 minutes driving distance and smooth in morning time. Arrived to Hotel for checking-in, receptionist asked us to leave the luggage in baggage room and back at 15:00hrs...
