From the parking lot to the hotel rooms, the place is just worn down. They told me they were a 5 star hotel, but I would far from categorize the Guam Reef Hotel as 5 star. Maybe a 1 star in the Tumon district. They were not very helpful either (I saw Chito).

Stayed for 2 nights then had to check out. This hotel was probably great 30 years ago but hasnt been kept up to standard. My room was awful and could sleep due to my eyes and nose being irritated with the dampness in the room. Would not reccommend this, plenty of other options close by.

The only saving grace of this hotel is its location. Other than that, I don't think they know what customer service means. The hotel is one of the cheaper establishments facing the beach on Tumon. There are no great restaurants like the other bigger hotels but for the price it was in a good location. This hotel has perhaps on of the best ocean views of the Tumon Bay... absolutly love the "Infinity Pool" that from the front it looks like it extends into the sea!
