We only did a one day pass to PIC and thought it was amazing! There were more pools than I have ever come across and so many activities to do included in the fee. We took a windsurfing lesson in the pool and then went out into the ocean and actually windsurfed! We played water basketball and went down the... More

first- you're on Guam. get past that and now accept that you have to stay somewhere. the resort tries hard but lacks some basics. the place is old and HUGE. 3 or 4 separate buildings, haven't seen them all yet. here for 3 weeks. restaurants are lacking. there's a buffet, bfast $12, dinner $40. doesn't look worth it but crowded... The best thing about this hotel is the water park and the buffet downstairs. The rooms are dated and in desperate need of upgrades. Me and my wife didn't care for the hotel but the kids absolutely loved the water park - I did too! Bottom line: this is agreat Hotel as long as you don't staying in your room.

This is a great place if you have kids. The water slides, pools, staff, and activities were all big hits for us and I had one of the better family vacations here. We stayed in the deluxe room facing the ocean in the new tower. The only downside is the food - it was generally really bad. also, it gets... More

I am currently staying at this hotel. For the price I paid I believe that it is a really bad hotel. The water park is nice but that is it. The room is very run down. We are in ocean tower A on second floor. It takes two elevators to get here. The bed is very uncomfortable. The pillows are... More

This is our 4th time at PIC, stretching over about 8 years. The waterpark is fantastic, set in a beautiful tropical garden. Great water slides, a man made river for kayaking. Lots of pools, including a great area for kids. Our 4 years old enjoyed the kids club (so did we!). They also have a great beach area with ocean... More

You may have seen that I've stayed at a few other hotels as a staycation and this hotel has so far been my favorite place to be. I got a great rate, a beautiful room with an ocean and pool view, and the staff was awesome! When I first got there they assigned us to a room that already had... More

First time I stayed here was in 1992, and it does not look like there has been much upkeep on the facillities, The rooms during the Christmas and New Year holidays are outragiously over priced due to so many Asian tourists, and the pool staff seem to be more interested in meeting people than tending to the guests. The pool... More

This hotel is the largest on the island. Great facilities for kids. The bay has coral and fish. The hotel has seen better days and could use a remodel. Staff was friendly and helpful. Close to the ever loved K-mart. This would be a great place to stay with a large group. Hotel provides boats, snorkels, etc.

I enjoyed a visit to the beautiful PIC resort. This is a family resort, and believe me, there were plenty of happy children and their parents here being entertained by the clubmates, a group of young happy responsible adults who kept the children entertained. The resort is gorgeous, there is so much to do, wind surfing, kayaking, learn to snorkel... More
