PIC has an excellent pool and beach area. The rooms and food leave much room for improvement. Try to snag one of the hammocks, they are a great way to relax and feel like you are truly on an island paradise. The kids area is great for young ones and they have fun obstacles in the water for young and... More

We have stayed at PIC eight times over 16 years and have seen lots of changes. Our last visit was December 2014. Positives: nice rooms, comfortable beds, walking distance to many restaurants, shuttle buses pull right into hotel for ease of getting around. Fantastic pool area with lots activities, tennis, squash, skating, mini golf, beach, windsurfing, spa. Negatives: Way overcrowded.... More

We stayed at the Royal tower which closer to the lobby. All royal tower rooms are deluxe rooms and for the added price I expected a cleaner room. The shower tub had rust and mold stains throughout and looked like it needed a good clean. However, rest of the room looked clean. This hotel caters to families, due to the... More

I had stayed at the PIC a long time ago (1995) and, although I was not in love with the hotel, I knew that my son would love the huge pool and other facilities. So, knowing it was not going to be the Four Seasons, I booked rooms over the Korean Thanksgiving holidays. I was not prepared for what followed.... More

Took the kids (ages 9, 12 & 15) for a late summer get-away from life in Seoul. Unfortunately we didn't realize that all of Korea and the surrounding countries would be joining us at the resort! It's not the fault of the resort, just who they cater to, and not what we were wanting with our get-away so although we... More

The water park is great and it is nice that there is a special rate for locals, but locals are kept in a back area with a long way from the water park. I can understand preferring full paying guest but the two time i have gone definitely felt like a second class citizen. Service should be the same for... More

Perfect place for summer vacation. Everything is ready to use. The pool of this hotel is fantastic, and has a variety of other refreshment. Food service is very high quality. You should spend your night.
