I wanted to wait to write this review as I knew I would be staying at a Hilton in London in January and wanted to be sure I wasn’t been too harsh on this chain. Actually it turned out that even in such an impersonal city such as London the Hilton in Kensington did much better. The Hilton in Guam... more

I really liked the Hilton. If you want a quiet, peaceful but still large hotel on Guam this is the one. The hotel rooms are a lot better than most hotels on Guam. The beds are good so I don't know why people are complaining. Sunday Brunch is excellent, pool and mini-waterpark is fantastic! They also have a nice bar... more

I've stayed here twice, both times I have paid the basic rate and received a room that was below expectations for a Hilton. Beds are not comfortable. The second time my wife had seafood marinara at the buffet and was so ill that we nearly had to delay our flight the next day. more

I'm a HH Diamond member, so I'll be kind. The hotel is extremely sub-par, especially for International Hilton standards. It is comparable to some of the older Hilton properties in the US. Was put in the premier tower as well. Dead cockroach on the floor when I checked in. Over-looking the parking lot. The hotel relies on airline crews and... more

I am a frequent visitor (since the 90s) and have been booking global events at this hotel since 2005. I am headed back to lead multiple events in October. I have stayed in other nice hotels on Tumon Bay, but chose land at the Hilton when flying in from the States or Europe. Yes, the beds are firm (which I... more

Stayed from 17 to 28 August during a business trip. I have HHonors Gold VIP status, so I was put into the Premier Tower which is supposed to have the nicest rooms. There are at least 2 other towers which appear to be larger. Noticed water on the bathroom floor near the toilet, but I assumed it was from the... more

This was a two night stay on our way back to Hawaii from the Philippines. The hotel was very nice, and contrary to another traveler's review earlier this year, the beds were not hard at all. They were soft and heavenly with the fluffiest pillows ever. The food however was average if not medicre. The first night we ordered pizza... more

I'm originally from Guam and my wife and I were visiting family for a 2 week vacation. Since we just celebrated our wedding anniversary and I just finished taking the CA bar exam, we decided to book one night here. We booked a junior suite on expedia, and at first glance, we were pretty happy with the room. However, later... more

Stayed at the Marriot down the beach last year and we will stay at the Hilton from not on. Great dining choices, fun pool area, great gym (for a hotel) and located very close to airport. Rooms are a bit dated and need work, but overall had a great stay. more
