This was a great and well managed resort. They were there for all your needs and make you feel special. The food was great and the rooms were clean and comfortable. Plenty of entertainment and things to do. A great stay and lots of attention to detail. The view is outstanding and the beach is great.

Stayed here from 9-20March2015. I was given a room at the old building which supposedly have the best OCEAN VIEW. The view was ok but as soon as I entered the room, smelled mold all over! Bathroom was dirty and the chill fridge has some molds growing on the walls. Bed was also hard and uncomfortable. The gym was the... More

This hotel trades on the Hilton name only. Parts are 50 years old and the architecture is bits of ad ons. TASI CLUB is maybe the only possible acceptable room standard here. I have stayed in all 3 parts of the hotel and some of the rooms are close on depressing. The maintenance standards consist of a slap of paint... More

Very nice place, I really enjoyed my stay here. The breakfast buffet is the best I've had, well worth the cost many times over. The staff were very friendly and helpful. My only complaint was that to have wi-fi in my room cost money, so I went to the business center on the first floor to go online.

I enjoy the Hilton of Guam because of the location near the airport and the ease of moving around the island. The breakfast is second to none. The exercise room, the store, the coffee-pastry counter in the lobby is available and very helpful. The beach area is nice and the view from the tower window is very pleasing. Great place... More

If you want to stay on the beach this isn't the hotel for you. Check in was a nightmare. Our plane (we had to fly from Russia to Nagoya) landed at 1:25 a.m. We were supposed to be met at the Guam airport by a driver we pre-arranged. He wasn't there...had to wait 10 min for someone to get us.... More

The hotel inflates their room rates and all the resturants seem to have a different menu during or near holidays. My normal bone in rib eye that usually cost 42 (which is already pricey) now cost 60 dollars. Ordered a different dish, food came out cold, they took the dish off the bill, but took along time to tell me... More

the staff is very friendly and supportive. Compared to other hotels on Guam this one is a little outside but still easy enough to get to the city center. food is very positive but kind of standard in its class. the hotel has a large number of different pools with a long water slide that my son enjoyed a lot.... Stayed here for 5 days over Chinese New Year. Very popular with young families and honeymooners, like most of the island. Occasional military personnel. Hotel itself is very large with several pools and sits on the Bay. There is no beach immediately adjacent to hotel but there is a small public beach that was mostly empty about 5 minute walk...
