This was a two night stay on our way back to Hawaii from the Philippines. The hotel was very nice, and contrary to another traveler's review earlier this year, the beds were not hard at all. They were soft and heavenly with the fluffiest pillows ever. The food however was average if not medicre. The first night we ordered pizza... more

I'm originally from Guam and my wife and I were visiting family for a 2 week vacation. Since we just celebrated our wedding anniversary and I just finished taking the CA bar exam, we decided to book one night here. We booked a junior suite on expedia, and at first glance, we were pretty happy with the room. However, later... more

Stayed at the Marriot down the beach last year and we will stay at the Hilton from not on. Great dining choices, fun pool area, great gym (for a hotel) and located very close to airport. Rooms are a bit dated and need work, but overall had a great stay. more

Pros: 1. Lucky that we met a nice manager (Ms Lee) upon check-in who cares about our needs and feelings. 2. We get a room with great view of Tumon Bay all the way to two lover's point, but be prepared for the bit of noise from adjacent hotel party at night, acceptable to us with windows shut.. Luckily we... more

Overall, I believe this is a great place to stay. Pros: big business center, 24 hour coffee/sandwich shop, excellent restaurants, good spa open late, comfortable rooms, very pleasant staff. Cons: hard Japanese beds, can be very crowded in the lobby areas, somewhat remote from the main area of Tumon Bay, parking can be a challenge. Don't expect U.S. mainland business... more

For starters, the people of Guam are lovely and this holds true to the employees of the Hilton Guam. I try to be fair and honest and I've started telling the hotels that I will be rating them and reviewing their hotel. So with that said at check in, I told the person checking me in. (manager and the name... more

We stayed at a HUGE twin bed room for 3 nights. Our room was in tower so the view from the room was.. just a hotel entrance area. but we're out to its private beach and the pool during the day, so the view was not really a matter at all. besides, our room rate was very cheap one, so... more

The Hilton is still a gorgeous hotel, I love the location, the restaurants are great, the only problem is the beds were extremely hard. I flew in from the mainland, so right there is a 15 - 16 hour flight, I was looking forward to a comfy bed to get some rest so that I could enjoy my stay on... more

First, I work for a large international airline and travel quite extensively worldwide. Having said that, most of the bad hotels I run into are not Hilton's - so this brand being associated with this particular property is quite misleading to anyone looking to stay here. Avoid the midlevel wing rooms above the front desk area, as these are where... more

I stayed at the Hilton Guam during a 20-hour layover en route to another Pacific island. It was a completely satisfying experience for this purpose. The shuttle van to the hotel was waiting for me when my flight landed, and there was a staff member holding a sign in the waiting area outside of customs. I had no trouble finding... more
