Not my preferred chain, but a nice hotel and we have run several conferences here. The staff does a nice job and works hard to meet your needs. The rooms are a little small, but nicely appointed. The location is very nice for walking to meals in the evening and allows for great access to Tumon Bay.

OK - Here are the pros and cons: Pro #1: Awesome buffet breakfast - everything from full Japanese breakfast selections - Miso soup to noodle salads - to personal eggs made to your specification! Even green salad! One day, tours were cancelled because of a tropical depression and there must have been 60-80 extra people in line. The staff was... More

As a Hyatt Diamond member I was extremely pleased with the staff at the Hyatt Regency in Guam. I was a guest for nearly two weeks on business and witnessed continuous displays of professionalism and personal attention. First, I cannot thank Front Office Team Leader Jason enough for his quick response in resolving difficulties that the hotel did not cause.... More

It was a trip with my friend. The hotel's location is convenient, close to shopping center, DFS. On the sin street, there are also many some buses running around the island. The hotel service staffs are friendly and willing to help. The room is clean and access to ocean view!!! Excellent for vacation!!!

I have stayed at three different hotels in Guam and the Hyatt is the best one so far. Rooms are large and clean. Refrig and coffee in room. Most important thing is the A/C ran well and the room stayed cool even during the heat of the day. Nice gym and very nice pool area. Had a couple fruit drinks... More

We stayed for 4 nights. Overall, good but earns its share of complaints. Hotel is aged but very well maintained. Club level staff are super friendly eventhough they appear to be extremely busy. General understaffing seems to resonate throughout the property, as it was very hard getting service around the pool area unless you were situated right infront of the... More

The location is PERFECT!! Private yet close to downtown - we were on 3rd floor center & beautiful view & room! The lobby, shops, restaurants are 5 stars! However our rooms (we had 2) were in need of updating! No complaints though - we wouldn't stay anywhere else - the beach is one of the best!!! Our one complaint is... More

Booked a King room and upgraded to the suite which has a large living room, bedroom was 2 super single bed (2 king bed would be nice as the room can definitely fit 3 king beds). A very large bathroom too. The rooms are dated and time for refresh. The club lounge faces the west and great to have your... More

We stayed at the hotel on 4/19/2014. We were in love with the hotel until we entered the elevator. The carpets were stained and in need of a paint job. The room was clean but the carpet was disgusting and stained up. We were ok until we went to the buffet and there was a big roach on the buffet.... More
